I sold my car to these guys. Steve and Gabe were very professional and efficient. They say what they can do and do what they say. Can't ask for more. Nice inventory of exotic vehicles; trucks, cars, electrics... Next time I'm in the market for my next toy I will certainly see them. Thank you fellas. AB

Typical lying scumbag used car salesman making fake reviews to boost their reviews and pat their own backs.Nearly a year later and still no replacement for the busted door they promised IN WRITING to replace. Buyer beware, you're worthless to them the moment you walk out that door.

I bought a car from this dealership a couple of weeks ago for no money down, signed paperwork and was told to return the next day to complete the paperwork rest of the paperwork. The next day I returned and was told I needed to bring my wife as a co-signer. She signed the paperwork and we left with the car. After that I was told I needed to make a down payment of $3,000.00. I then gave the three thousand that was requested. At this point I think everything I good and the car is mine. No, I was wrong! I was asked then to produce another $10,000.00 down! At this point, I am so frustrated, I no longer want the car, so I returned it to the dealership and in return they were to return my $3,000.00. I stopped by the dealership on Tuesday inquiring about my refund and was told it was put in the mail on Monday. Now, a week later, still no refund! The manager said he would personally bring to my home address this morning. But needless to say, that too never happened. It's beginning to look like I will have to start legal action to get anything from these people other than lies!Under no circumstances do I recommend this dealership to anyone for anything! If you part with any money, be aware that it won't come back to you willingly. The only reason I gave a one star rating is because that us the lowest rating I can give. Buyer Beware.Disgruntled *********************

If I could give less than a one I would they lied and stole my hard earned money for a car they knew was not drivable. Why would men (Brent) take advantage of a women. I realize you need to make a quota but sell a women a car that clearly is not toad ready wow Brent and then when I called to report the car had no oil in it you said we will come get it and you never showed up! How about is this was done to your mother or wife? If you believe in God he is coming for you, if you believe in universal law. .Karma is coming for you and if you believe in the arts you will be cursed for this one. Right 1 get rid of this dude he is going to get you shut down. I bought the car March 10th and still cannot drive it. Brent you wasted my money and my time Right 1 Auto you need to part ways with this guy no scruples no conscience no morals... It makes me wonder what you are teaching your son and the sales team you manage. Is the company culture derived from the same criminal like mind set? I need to be able to use the car I am paying for. Brent you said you were going to have it fixed to this day you have not.. grow some balls and don't hide behind lies and deceit. FIX MY CAR !

This dealer has some of the most rude staff I have ever dealt with. I inquired about a used vehicle and asked if I would be able to come in for a test drive, with proof of funds etc. They said their insurance doesn't allow it. No big deal. Manager called me a day a later to ask how my experience was. I told him how I found it unfair I could not test drive a car considering I have the money to buy it cash/credit approval and how other high end dealers let you drive more expensive cars with similar approval. He hung up on my face. What a terrible experience

I just sold a Honda we no longer needed to Right1Auto. The experience was easy and trouble free. They gave us a fair value on the vehicle and took care of all the paperwork. The day before I had an appointment set to sell it to another dealer down the street who had done most of the service work on our vehicle. We sat for over 45 minutes waiting for the manager to show up to talk with us and they could not locate him. I called Right1Auto the next morning, got an appointment, and was immediately assisted when I arrived. They were professional, friendly, and took great care of us. I will look to them in the future when I consider purchasing a used vehicle.

This dealership can’t be trusted. We purchased a truck from here in 2022. They advertised it as a one owner vehicle. We were shown a carfax report from the dealer showing one owner and no prior accidents. In 2023 we went to trade it in elsewhere. At that time, we found out the truck had been owned by 4 previous owners and was involved in an accident with airbag deployment.

This was an extremely frustrating dealership to buy a car from. In hindsight, I would have purchased from a shop that was more polished and professional.1) The pricing on the internet does not include the service and labor they paid to get the car to the level at which its being sold. There's a whole line item on your bill in addition to the marketed price for the vehicle that charges you for what they paid to get the vehicle into selling shape.2) They lost my license plate off my trade-in.3) They incorrectly submitted my paperwork to the bank for the loan documents. The bank never reached out to me, but when I reached out to them, they told me it was a problem with the dealership and my payment was past due.

Bought a car through Dwayne and Thomas and it was a very quick and easy experience. There were some minor issues with the car's gps and navigation where I needed to take to dealership afterwards but Dwayne handled it very professionally and made sure to fulfill on his promises to have it fixed for me. Great customer service.

This review is based on my experience only and is not reflective of any individual at the dealership, and in no way do I suggest that someone should or shouldn't consider purchasing a vehicle from Right 1 Auto based on my review.I have owned SEVERAL new and CPO cars over the years and usually stick to the national brands, but I went against my own practices and purchased a 2019 Lexus ES350 from Right 1 Auto on Monday 10/17. The car had a few very minor scratches, there was a rattling inside the driver side door when closing, but the interior was impeccable, she drove nicely, the oil was clean, and everything worked as it should. An alert briefly flashed across the dash, but it quickly disappeared. The very next day, my wife and daughter were leaving gymnastics at night and the car displayed alerts on the dash, it wouldn't move, and I had to go pick them up. We let the car sit overnight and the next morning, the problem not only persisted, but it had also gotten worse, the dash went black, the car hesitated for several seconds, and almost didn't start.Today (Thursday), we got it to a Lexus dealership and learned that, though there was a clean Carfax, the car was painted on the driver side, from the front to the trunk and the rattling in the door was as the result of a broken panel, which substantiates the suggestion that there was impact on the driver side and to repair the bracket is going to cost over $300 alone. The Lexus dealership hasn't yet gotten to the bottom of the other issues at the time of this review. I reached out to Right 1 Auto and have not yet gotten a response from the GM. I also bear some responsibility for this bad experience. I should've been wary of buying a 2019 Lexus that has been on the market for over 180 days and priced well below book value in the current market. Right 1 Auto needed to move the car, I wanted to make a deal, and my confidence was misguided by my eagerness to make a good deal. I'm not angry. I'm simply disappointed in this nearly $40K lesson that I'm apparently going to have to eat.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Everyone was friendly and professional; especially my salesperson Thomas Gashaw. He was impressively knowledgeable about the SUV I purchased. I recommend purchasing your next vehicle from this dealership. Dwyane Johnson and his Team will give you a good deal.
