I honestly see why a lot of people don’t like this location. I love the advisors that work there but management definitely needs some help with loss prevention. There should be no reason I’m being followed around the store and nitpicked for using a tester for it’s intended use. To test.

I had a wonderful experience at this Sephora location. David was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. He knew a lot about the products I was interested in and even gave me a sample of foundation. I'm very happy with the products I bought and his recommendations. I highly recommend this Sephora location.

My friend and I walked in and immediately we were followed around the store. Multiple staff members followed us and gave us dirty looks. We picked up one product because they didn’t have anything else we needed. Ultimately we decided to put the product back and leave after feeling shamed and clowned. When we went to walk out of the door we heard a staff member loudly say “Did they put it back?” In a rude tone. Throughout our experience in the store we heard and saw many staff members get motioned and called over to watch us. The entire staff was rude and the trip was uncomfortable. We will not be returning.

My daughters, 16, went into this store tonight and were followed by FOUR employees who were talking loudly on their headsets about keeping an eye on them. The only thing they had in their hand was a $10 setting spray. An employee was at each end of the aisle watching my girls. The store was busy and other kids their age were in the store as well that didn’t seem to be a problem. My daughters ended up putting their product down and they left and went to Concord Mills where they had amazing service. This store lost out on over a $100 worth of product because they were buying a completely different set of make up that was waterproof for vacation. I will never go back to this store again.

Two employees saw me walk through the door & proceeded to walk away from me! Aniyah relieved herself from the cash register to help me & she was awesome! The reviews are extremely accurate! Had I not read them before I went to the store, my reaction may have been totally different. Employees desperately need cultural awareness training ASAP!

I walked in with daughter to perk face and lip facial, Let me just say David is the boom and so knowledgeable, sosweet, kind and patient with us... we loved him also the store super busy but he took care of us. I will be back !!!!

I’ve been in this specific Sephora a couple of times now. The first time I went it was crazy busy with a line going on forever so that time i decided to not buy anything but the staff was still exceptionally caring and attentive. I went back yesterday and one of the staff members named Jess was beyond awesome! I’ve struggled finding a good foundation for a while and she helped me find so many amazing products. I’ve used them already and I’m absolutely in love. I had a nail appointment that I had to run to and she even held my bag for me so I could come back and continue shopping! Amazing customer service!

I gave this location a 3 because at least someone did take the time to ask someone if what I was looking for was in stock. If you go to any of the Sephora locations, it's always best to know exactly what you're looking for, and where it is because 9 times out of 10, they are too busy to assist you. Customer service is just not what it used to be anywhere, it's not just this industry.

The look I got when I walked in was as if I shouldn't be shopping here , when in reality I went for a interview. I didn't want to continue with the interview because of that but I did and who would have guessed of course I didn't get the call back . I don't recommend anyone of color to shop there u will be treated and looked at like u shouldn't shop there

Sorry…this store is relatively new & should be clean & amazing . I went in this morning and found trash cans full, Kleenex boxes throughout the store were empty, the floors were dirty, & inventory was a mess. The products are very expensive so the shopping experience should be first class. This is the second time I’ve found the store to be in disarray.
