Good customer service but than got a message that I did not return my equipment. Well that was the reason for my visit. Duh! Lots of phone calls later problem was resolved. Does anything go right the first time this days?

The employees will tell you there is a $45 restocking fee and charge you over $50 and when trying to resolve it with spectrum they will tell you there is nothing they can do so save yourself the trouble and just go with anyone else for Internet and phone service

Horrible service. Staff lies. Drove from Mooresville to drop off a modem to be told I have to go to ups and they can't take. Meanwhile, they're boxing up a modem for someone else, and the ups store informs me they can take it but don't want to do the paperwork.

Shieen or however you spell his name. Is the most disrespectful and rudest person I have ever had to deal with. This individual sat on his butt the entire time I was in the facility talking to people like they were dogs! All the other employees used yes ma'am/sir but not this clown. He should be relieved of his duties immediately and be given sensitivity training or training to help him become more human and be able to handle interactions with other humans. THIS is not good business which is why you're losing customers hand over fist!

Very friendly staff that unfortunately work for a terrible company. If you have to visit a spectrum store, this location is the best option for your bad day.

This is a rating of the service, not the store or employees at all.Spectrum is the worst.Employees are always nice and helpful, but in 2 years of having service, the price has gone up $30 a month, and I have had to switch out my router and modem 8 times. The internet never worked consistently.

PRO TIP: If you need assistance with TV or Internet service save yourself the time waiting in this store and schedule a tech to come to your home. The Spectrum Mobile customers take forever to service and you’ll end up waiting literally HOURS for a simple equipment swap.

Came to this store to switch a modem there is 3 employees there but only one is working with 10 people waiting to be seen. Customer service is trash!

Spectrum told me to just swing by and drop off an old box I get to the store there are employees standing all around but I have to wait in line to hand them an old box best part was nobody was in the store but employees!! They must hire from the DMV
