I went in for a screen protector, only to be told the store doesn't have one and /I needed/ to contact support in order to receive a new one. So, I contacted customer support via their customer service number, and was told I actually had to go in-store to have an employee order it for me. the iPhone 13 Pro Max lifetime warranty protectors are now limited to loyal customers... okay, fair.The complaint here is I spent less than 2 minutes in the store and while 5 people sat around doing nothing and I was told the task needed to be carried out by myself and rushed off without trying to find a solution... when it can ONLY be completed by an employee.This is not a complaint about T-mobile as a whole, rather a complaint about this store in particular and the lack of assistance provided.

Great deals, and great service. Customer service here is half good. That’s why the 4 stars. But a couple times I went in there, the service was amazing so it just depends on who is working!

I keep returning to this store because of their excellent customer service, knowledge and comfortable atmosphere. I'm always greeted when I enter, and if I have to wait (that is rare, and never very long) they have comfortable seating and lots of products on display to browse. I have tried several T-mobile stores that are closer to my home, as well as customer service on the phone, but I keep going back the Sam Furr Rd. store because they are so much better than all the others. Definitely worth going out of my way to go in person to this location. I have worked with a number of their staff, and have never been disappointed with their service. Thanks!

The staff is extremely lazy. They don't want to honor any Verizon warranties because it's extra work and they don't have a problem lying about it.

After a terrible encounter with the customer service phone line, my husband had a delightful experience at the store with Keenon. These are his words. “You never really hear me talk about reviews but Keenon definitely deserve a great review. Super patient very helpful took his time. Made sure all the questions was answered. Called the representatives and asked them the right questions to get our lines transferred . Great guy.”

i went today to activate a new phone . Keenon and the whole staff were the nicest people ever...they spent time teaching my 10 year old friend about the tmobile products and sale techniques...he was delighted!!! they even gave him a cooler...it was such a great experience!! thank you for a perfect customer service!!

Very unprofessional, I am on an account with my father, he is the account owner and I am an authorized account manager with full permissions. I am 25 years old and was stereotyped as fraud, the sales rep decided to deny me the sale and sent the transaction to fraud where I could not purchase without going through all the hoops and having there fraud team call my father to verify and getting approval and then they still would not allow me to purchase without having my father in Florida call in to the store also here in Huntersville NC. Was told they did not have the color I wanted from the start because the rep was trying her best to get me out of there so I had to go with another color.Took way too long when I had absolute full persmission from the start and it should’ve never went there, was no reason for it besides the rep deciding she didn’t want to do her job that morning. When I was purchasing accessories, adding insurance doing all that was needed for the rep to not have a naked upgrade anyways, lied to me every step of the way that it was all part of the new process….. little did she know I had just started work for Verizon a couple months before…. I was already on an account with my dad so just wanted to leave it be. I will now be paying it off and bringing the family’s account all over to Verizon, Will never be back, and will make sure my friends and family do not do business there.

Just came in for an upgrade on a new iPhone when the sales rep named Keenon mentioned some great deals to lower my families whole plan! Great customer service along with lower my phone plan. Much needed!

Can’t speak highly enough of keenon at this store. Was trying to switch to get better service and a new phone and unlike those other pushy sales people, keenon walked me through the whole process and let me make my decision! Super awesome guy and recommend him 10/10! If you need a new phone ask for keenon!!

Just went to try and get my screen protector replaced and the employee told me they didn't carry them before I even showed him my phone. The phone I bought at this store...Just to be sure I walked over to where they keep the z flip 4 and the screen protectors are right on the shelf. I asked if someone would please just apply it to my phone and nobody wanted to help. The manager sat on the couch playing on a tablet and the other employee made it very clear he did not want to do his job. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.

I can't understand the 1 star reviews! My husband & I had Excellent service with Keenan. We switched providers and are nothing but satisfied thus far. The entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and fun to be around. Highly recommend this location for your T-mobile needs!
