Rude rude rude. Worst drive thru customer service as well as timing. Staff at this location definitely needs to be changed up . We are changing banks !

I came into the bank to get a check and was denied. The teller Sandra told me that she was not allowed to give them to me because the bank doesn’t give out checks anymore. Then a banker Carrie told me that I was entitled to a check but only after spending 30 minutes on the phone with Truist to confirm that this was my right and arguing with Sandra. I spent an hour and fifteen minutes of my day trying to access my money based on the information the bank provide just to be told by Carrie that “people just don’t know how to speak English”. You can go to my account and see all the lovely reviews that I write about businesses because I think it’s important to be kind but honestly this was so incredibly disappointing and frustrating that I feel justified in writing this one star review. Sandra and Carrie, I hope to both stub your toes today. Hard.

I came in this bank location to cash a check that a dealership had written to me personally. The amount was a larger amount and I didn't want my own personal bank to put a long hold on it before the funds cleared. The teller Sandy was hands down the rudest, most awful person I've ever had to deal with before. She made me sit at the bank for an hour and wait on the dealership to call her back. But every time I called the dealership they answered right away for me, but she wouldn't speak to them and would only call out to the "number she had in the system" If you bank with this bank, I feel bad for you. Also, Sandy you really need to find another job because you are failing miserably at every aspect of customer service.

They didn't even address us when we walked in. 2 managers walked through the bank and didn't even acknowledge us. We WANTED to open an account there. All they had to do is ask us so we could get on the list. Only 2 tellers. 1 for drive thru(Very nice and sweet and helpful)when I went through the drive thru and she helped me. And 1 for the bank lobby. Line of 5.

Since the merging, they've been having a hard time getting their s*** together. Wasted 1-1/2 hrs trying to fix an issue with a temp. debit card. First they said it was blocked due to fraudulent activity, then they said to use another merchant instead of admitting their lack of knowledge doing their job. To make matters worse, out of over 8 people I spoke to in the 1-1/2 hr long phone call, only one person spoke English well enough to be understood. At times I had to ask them to spell out what they were "trying" to say. Such a damn shame that American companies are sourcing out their customer service to other countries instead of hiring locally.

Google says this is truist bank it is not. Couldn't pay my rent bc banks closed and I drove here because it's listed as truist

Horrible experience the woman was rude at the window and I told her have a nice day and didn’t get any form of response. They definitely don’t care about their customers

I would give them zero stars if I could. I really needed help to unfreeze my account and instead of helping me the woman was just ready to leave and wouldn’t help me. All I needed was two forms of ID and she wouldn’t except any of the second form that I had and would not provide me with a list of excepted forms of identification so that I could provide it. I have always provided either a card or my state student identification card as my second form and it has been valid but she denied everything I came up with and would not tell me what I could use.

This is the worst bank in NC. They will leave you on the phone until your battery runs dead. They do not seem to want your business. The folks at Suntrust were competent and caring. What a loss!

After 35 years and 2 name changes, I am moving my money out of Truist Bank. Worse bank & personnel I have ever dealt with. Nothing but problems and my services not working correctly after Truist took over. They can't even figure out why they can no longer text me security codes! Truist wants to apply the blame to everything except themselves and their incompetent system. Absolutely no help when I went to the local branch after 2 tries of getting help on the phone. They don't even deserve one star!

Rude , nasty , slow , the huntersville nc branch is the absolute worst branch ever . They do not care about their customers satisfaction at all . Their employees need better training in compassion and hospitality for their customers . I have been going to other truest branches for quite some time and I am appalled at how the huntersville branch treats their customers , I’m certain a lot of people switch banks after stepping foot in this branch , horrible business .

It shouldn't take 50 + minutes to reach someone on the phone! This problem has occurred on every call (5 of them) I have made. The longest has been 64 minutes. I dread having to call. I live out of state so I have no other option but to call. The bank needs to hire additional personnel to answer calls quicker.

This was formerly a BB&T location and was the location where I opened my account when I moved back to Cornelius back in 1995. The individual who was my Personal Banker back in 1995 is not the Branch Manager. It seems a little ridiculous to have to write this review because nothing has changed except for the name. Truist Bank which is part of Truist Financial came out of the merger of BB&T and Sun Trust Bankj. Renaming of all of the locations started to occur earlier this year. It's a great bank and between my wife and I, we have multiple accounts with them including checking, savings, Visa Card and when we had a mortgage, it was with them as well. New to the area and looking for a bank, I strongly recommend this one. Satisfked customer for over 27 years now

As a SunTrust customer, I started going to this location after the one across 77 closed. Good experience, staff has been friendly and efficient at the drive-thru. ATM works fine with no problems.

The ATM machine at this branch is like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s-always broken. It has not worked or malfunctioned all but about 4-5 times that I’ve attempted to use it since the Suntrust location closed in March. You can report it to their corporate line or the tellers and it falls on deaf ears. It’s a waste of time banking here.
