We went in for a couple of different things. We was greeted very nicely by Monica Avila. Her card says she is a moble expert and She really is. Fist we wanted to change plans. She showed us different plans so we could figure out wich plan would be best for us. She told us the she couldn't actually change the plan to call customer service for that. In the meantime we wanted to change phones and upgrade. She even switched all of our apps and data we are verry happy with her and our new phones.

Great staff, and service...i drive about 20 miles just to utilize the staffs professional knowledge and outstanding service. If your in need of service or phones...i would highly recommend this location.

I went into this store yesterday 01.05.23 to upgrade to a new iPhone. After an hour plus I left having paid $42.00 cash, a $395.00 hold on my credit card and no phone! The level of apathy and incompetence I experienced was enraging. Faulty equipment an absent store manager and a salesperson who seamed out of his depth for the entire process is all I found at the sprint/T-Mobile store in Huntersville.

I want to thank Cerrisa for helping me so much. I had been dealing with a charge from T-Mobile and had gone to other locations that were not able to help at all. She went above and beyond and am grateful she was able to help me!

Some time ago T Mobile sent me a signal booster for my house. It was made clear that the equipment was TM's and had to be returned to them at some point or I would be charged close to $300.00. Booster never really got up past 1 bar. I went online to find out how to return it. Was told to take it to a local T Mobile store. I took a screen shot of this online direction by TM and took it with the equipment to this TM store. When I took the equipment into the store, the Retail Assoc. Mgr. acted like he did not know what it was and did not want it. I explained as best I could. When he was still acting like he wasn't going to accept it, I showed him the screen shot I printed. He jumped into actionthen. Said he was getting an error message on looking this up. He then stayed on phone (out of hearing range from me) at least a good 15 to 20 mins. He then told me that I was sent an email with a UPS label attached to return the equipment! When I returned home to print out the label, I busted out laughing! Why!? The email listed 2 methods to return with first preferred method being .... return it to a local store. What was so hilarious was that I standing in a TM store most definitely bent on not accepting it When The Email Was Sent! TM attitude at this store is to cause the customer as much work as possible in order for them (TM) to AVOID what they were directed to do. Question? Who would be responsible for shipping damage? Several days after delivery confirmation, I went online again. Why have I not been notified of return. Was told it had been but it would be 7 to 10 business days before I was notified. I am now busy shopping for another carrier as this is one of MANY POOR customer service examples.Update: This was the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. As of today, I am no longer with T Mobile!Second update: I was told by T Mobile employee that goods had been returned, were headed back to warehouse and that I was good to go. Luckily I made a screenshot. Today, I received from T Mobile a threat that if I did not return the goods I was going to be billed $289. This threat also included ANOTHER ups label for return. As I said, luckily I have a screen shot ... but I still have to fight this mess to prove that I did. All because of a lazy T Mobile employee. Deal with these folks at your own risk!!

Rissa was awesome. Fast. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Great store set up. Comfortable. Convenient. I was in and out of there with a whole new phone set up in about 40 minutes from start to finish. Rissa was very organized And help me get exactly what I needed quickly. I I would definitely recommend this location and especially Rissa after having experience so many awful trips to the MobilePhone store this one was perfect

While stopping in to this T-mobile store to ask a question on a particular phone I was helped by a young man named Victor P. I am a T-mobile customer and have been for several years. This young man Vick was so much help to me and answered my many questions that no one else in a couple stores took time to answer. Victor is the kind of employee that T-mobile and all cell phone companies need. I assume you get quite a few complaints about lack of customer service that don't know anything about phones but I wanted to let you know when someone goes that extra mile to help a customer and that employee in named Victor P.Thank you for your time.Lynda WilderT-mobile customer.

I just left this store and I would like to say just how helpful everyone was. I was having issues with my phone and my bill seemed out of sorts. Monica went above and beyond to explain my bill and made sure I understood everything before I left. She even showed me things I didnt know my phone could do!After my experience here I’m a T-Mobile customer for life!

Came in to check out phones 2 years after Covid 1st hit and apparently, when the politicians decided it was still deadly - even though it was on its umpteenth weakened variant. This location was a little ridiculous with the masks. As soon as we walked in, a store associate asked us to put on a mask. Mind you, this SAME associate was outside smoking right near the front door 30 seconds before we pulled up. Touching his hands to his cigarette which was touching his mouth. He saw us pull up, put out his cigarette and walked in. Touched the door handle, didn't wash his hands. Do you see the lunacy??? I replied "'No thank you." and my husband said "We'll go somewhere else." Happy to spend my time and money somewhere else that has reasonable brain cells about how germs are spread. And how our immune systems work!!!!

Not a great experience. I wanted to get two new phones but the sales rep did not know about current promos, nor features of some phones. There was no value added by visiting the store and speking with a sales rep. Not a good experience for us. I will make my purchase online instead

Didn't end up getting service from them but they had THE BEST customer service of any carrier I've dealt with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Multiple visits, same experience each time.

So I returned to this T-Mobile location to activate my new phones and gear....my first visit was AMAZING with the store manager Truly, and now on my return my partner and I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Valerie, Antonio, and Madison....we had SOOO much fun just activating our phones! It was like being with family!!!!! The care and attention was INCREDIBLE, just like we were among family and friends! We had so much fun, who would have thought a simple visit would be so much fun!!! They were very welcoming to my partner, how just moved here from abroad! I can't thank them enough for such help, attention, and fun!!! Great team, great manager, great store, and I will ONLY deal with this location, even though it's not close to home, It's worth the drive for the attention and fun!!!
