Target is addictive but so much fun shopping there. My cashier had a surprise visit from her daughter wishing her a Happy Valentine's Day. Love is love. My purpose was to check out their Black History Month displays. They do a good job in my opinion of showcasing our global neighbors with unique items not found anywhere else. Custoner service is good. Cashiers are helpful and might just walk you to the item location you saw online. Prices are comparable and have good value. It's always nice to visit, clean aisles, and endcap items, pulling you closer. Be back soon

I love Target. Always have. It is my favorite store. My last visit was to make a return and that went smoothly as always. I admit the "upgrading" is nice but takes some getting used to. I will miss the popcorn and Pizza Hut breadsticks!

I’m so glad the drive up service is free because if I had to pay for them to leave an item out of my order almost every time I order at this location, it would not be pretty!!

Went so down hill !!! Lines insane , today at pickup order waiting 20 min and didn’t have all items . One guy doing it felt so bad for him get him help ! Very disappointed in target . This location really went down hill .

Drive up is as big a joke as anyone answering the phone here. Waiting outside for 2hrs now and no response. For certain reasons I can not get out of the vehicle

My order took 3 hours because they were “short” staff. I asked why my order that was done early afternoon was not ready when I arrived at 6pm. I calmly went inside to ask about my order and the GROUP of employees that were doing absolutely nothing scattered to the back. Christopher decided to play manager and give a sob story of how they’re short staffed and only have 2 employees. They had 5 total employees I saw each employee as they delivered to other cars so I knew it was a lie. This location has played with my time and money and it’s absolutely ridiculous. Christopher also rolled his eyes and got rude with me all because I inquired about an order that as taking HOURS. Mind you the parking lot is just about empty there is no excuse for this type of treatment.

Giving 2 stars because after seeing the line that stretched from the checkout to the back of the store, I was able to check out with a lone cashier. Thankfully bc the new 10 items or less policy for self checkout was clearly misguided bad policy. See photo. Merry Christmas.

This target is disheveled. It's in dire need of a good manager. There's trash everywhere, the shelves look horrible - there's random baskets of junk sitting around everywhere. The lighting makes this store very dark. This store needs order.

I just moved to Charlotte from Austin and its almost comical the 3 experiences I’ve had w/the drive up service. 1st time about a month ago - put in drive up order-8 hours had passed so I assumed I just wasn’t notified that my order was ready bc my ATX target took 2 hrs TOPS for drive up-went to customer service counter & was told it’d be ready by noon NEXT DAY! 2nd time putting in drive up order-after sitting for 10 min in car I get a notification my order has been “completed”…except I had not received order. I let a tenant know & he said he’d look into it…FOURTY-FIVE MIN later my order is brought out - was told they gave my order to the wrong drive up customer. 3rd d/u attempt was tonight. I pull in & within a min an associate is at my window-YAY! The target d/u Gods are in my favor tonight! “Hi ma’m - I’m the store manager. We can’t find your order anywhere. It’s like it disappeared! But here’s $30 for the inconvenience, Happy Holidays!” I sat in my car & maniacally laughed to myself for 3 min & drove off, convinced I was on a “how much can this woman take!” reality show…

I have been sitting for almost 2 hours waiting at drive up. I will never choose this target again. When I arrived there were about 20 cars. People started leaving and some got their things. People who came after me got their stuff before I did. Now I'm the only car sitting out here. I only chose this store because my original store was out of the items I needed. Someone approached my car when I first got here but it wasn't my things and I have not seen anyone since. This is ridiculous and the worst experience I have ever had at target. I'm leaving and going to cancel my order.

Normally very good but recently the drive up is a joke. Order notification received at 3:35pm. Drove straight to the store. Watched employees haul out 5 carts of product then return to store with 2 carts full. Took another 45 minutes before they returned with 3 cart fulls and then watched as they walked aimlessly around the spaces trying to find space numbers. There’s definitely opportunity to train the workers at this location. Would have been 1 star but the poor employee was so stressed yet apologized for the wait. You could tell they lacked direction and training.

I'm sorry but if Target is going to have self checkout lanes for 10 items or less they should open more than 1 regular lane at a time. Lines were ridiculous here for self and regular checkout.

Very pleased with the store is always clean, starting at the front of the store all the way through the changing rooms, I love the fact that the employees are always ready to help when you look a bit lost.
