“I rent trucks from this location fairly often for my business. This is definitely not your average truck rental facility. The office is very nice and clean and the same with their rental trucks. I will say, they're not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, right? The customer service and management is top notch and they really care about their customers! They've even delivered a truck to me before when our flight was delayed! Awesome job guys! Keep it up!”

I dealt with UHaul in VA, not sure why I chose a competitor but I learned my lesson. U-Haul is definitely the way to go.”
“I am an out of state customer for Caroline Cat. I bought a used 305 mini from them. We did receive the unit with a few issues. But how we were treated by Derek the salesman and his associates was beyond impressive. I cannot get this type of service from my local Cat dealer in Texas. “Very nice and helpful staff! Had an issue with a consigny not removing nails that the shipper wasn't supposed to put there anyways! They were very helpful, removed the nails and cleaned out the trailer. Also had a set of lights out on top that they fixed as well! I was in and out in just over an hour! Great service!”

“I'm a pretty frequent customer at THD depending on the project I have in progress at any given time. This store is conveniently located off I-77 exit 25, not far from Target, Whole Foods and Birkdale. They generally have everything I need in a big box store when I can't wait to receive items in the mail. Of course you pay more, but it is what it is. Staff is always willing to help and I love the self checkout option. Parking is never a problem either.”
