I’ve enjoyed my experiences at this location. Clean store and engaging associates even during the busy holiday season. The associate Jasmine was exceptional. I had an issue with my prints and she encouraged me to come by so we can line up the concern. She made every effort to make the situation right (during a very busy time mind you) and got me what I needed while servicing the heavy traffic of customers. Really appreciated her kind tone and dedication to service. Please do all you can to retain these high caliber associates!

Response to owner: Hi, I actually called in a corporate complaint immediately after/ two days prior to the review with my information for the store to contact me and hadn’t heard back.I have never been so disrespected and received such poor treatment as I did here. I came in ten until close and there were two employees working. No one acknowledged me when i walked in so i patiently waited. One employee told me to step up. I had numerous Amazon packages that required me to scroll to find the QR code. As i scrolled through the woman was seemed annoyed. Halfway through she scanned a package and placed it with a label and said “we don’t take that here. I thought the code was wrong so pulled it up again and she rolled her eyes and shook her head. The other employee was packing my order so i asked was it wrong based off her comment and she said i can’t tell you that. I said what do you mean, I’ve never heard that before and she said “because you’re not from around here.” I continued trying to finish my orders as she kept making nasty comments before walking off and telling the other employee to finish me and “she need to gone” and “they don’t know about me”. She was loudly saying stuff from the back of the store. Finally i asked was there an issue and she said she wasn’t talking to me while continuing to say stuff like i don’t know about her and i need to gone. The entire time her attitude seemed hostile and her words came off like she wanted to initiate a fight. It felt unsafe because no one was there but me and the two employees. Even the other employee was uncomfortable and tried to smile. I would never come here again.

The insanely rude and threatening black woman needs to be fired. Looks like Im not the only one who was treated horribly by this woman. I have never been treated like that in my life. She is going to cross the wrong person…I am that person. If she is still there when I return there is going to be a huge problem and it won’t end well.

I was there on 6/7/23 around 3:40 and could not believe how rudely I was treated. I was just trying to send a large envelope with some get well cards in it. I was greeted with a glare as soon as I walked in the door. After about 5 minutes of her inputting all my information and giving me an attitude every step of the way, she told me it would be $6.99. I tried to clarify if that was the cheapest way and was snapped at that it was what I asked for. Took my package and went to USPS down the road, was in and out in 2 minutes, paid $1.74 and wasn’t spoken to rudely or asked for any personal information to input in their computer system. Will not go back to this UPS!

I won't use this location for anything other than parcel drop-off after they punched holes in my lamination job. I think they did it on purpose. Passive-aggressive attitude. They must hate working there.

Sign says open to 4 PM on Saturday but at 3:22 PM they lock their door. Consistently poor service here.

Whenever I visit this location I always leave HAPPY! For business, returns or post even the most mundane tasks have me leaving with a smile on my face.Tori and Clark were my most recent point exchange.Kudos to the team in earnest - this location has always been very personable. But a very special shout-out today a true MVP moment!Clark was assisting me while Tori was having to handle unnecessarily rude customer, but she was still cool, calm and kind - (even though it was not warranted).Without Tori having to ask Clark jumped in for the deflect and helped get the rude lady on her way. The whole store breathed a sigh of relief when that lady left! Lol.True professionals and they were still both jovial even after that very odd encounter. While not a pleasant moment to witness, I just HAD to say - these guys are awesome!

I’ve always had great service at this location. Even at Christmas with a line out the door, everyone was kind. My biggest complaint, parking is limited.

This place charged me $9 for three pages to print as opposed to a different UPS store in Cornelius where I printed out seven pages and only paid $3 for all. What a rip off that was!!!

Have gone various times for different reasons and the personnel has always been nice and helpful.
