Pharmacy tech states loudly that I already had pain medication I was picking up after inquiring about a pain prescription that was delayed. My privacy was violated. There were other customers and workers near who heard the conversation. The technician said she ordered the medication and promised it five days later and I still haven’t received my prescription. If she didn’t know when to expect it, she should’ve said that so I could make other arrangements with my doctor. Poor customer service and inconsistency.

Employees are very helpful & great at their jobs. Have never had a bad experience. Even when my script ran out. They gave me an emergency supply & got in touch with my doctor the very next day.

Walmart Pharmacy is the only place that I know of that sells the medicine my dog needs. In the last 3 months it has went up 35%. It was already expensive . Walmart is making a lot of people go without to get the medicine that their dogs need. Pure evil on Walmart. They should be ashamed

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. I called to check up on my prescription that should have been filled hours before and i was told "I'll get to it when I get to it." I understand places are understaffed, but that is no excuse to be rude and hateful to customers calling about their prescriptions. I also was not thrilled about being told that their phone was broken and could only be used on speakerphone so everyone could here my personal information. Very rude and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Extremely unhelpful! The store clerk told me what I needed I had to go to the pharmacy. Went to the pharmacy & she said go to customer service. I asked for a manager and no came. Finally, left without being helped & without what I needed. #BoycottWalmart

Made a stop at this Walmart location. This is the normal location that I usually stop at to pick up any items that are needed. Every time that I have come into this Walmart location, they have always had all of the items that I've needed. They are located on Old Statesville Ave. there is plenty of parking in the lot which is designated for the Walmart location. There are also other establishments in the same plaza such as McDonald's, fire stone auto, and an Exxon gas station with a car wash. So essentially it could be a one stop shop for all things that are needed. The staff inside the location is normally very helpful, however as with all Walmart locations unless you go early you will likely stand in line. However the good thing is that the self check-out isles normally run very quickly and are not as busy as the regular checkout lanes.

Can't go wrong with Walmart. They always have everything I need, and this shopping trip was no exception. It's been awhile since I've visited this location, so I was surprised to see the security gates at the grocery entrance. I saw lots of nice kitchen items that could make great gifts for myself or someone else. Despite the supply chain issues affecting retailers around the country, they seemed pretty well stocked. Employees could use more customer service training, as they aren't the most friendly people I've encountered in a grocery store, but it wasn't a huge deal as I didn't really need help today. This is a great location with the interstate, food, and gas stations nearby.

Benny is the man! Not only was he helpful and patient but kind! He helped us get out hunting license today even when there were some technical difficulties he fixed the problem and helped when we could t find anyone else. There should be more Bennys in the world. Thank you Benny!

Had to go in to buy jeans as mine ripped and grab some chips for lunch....the person pulling call in orders was blocking entire aisle totally ignorant to the fact that in store shoppers wanted by...NO attempt to move, even when he just turned to get something from the other side of aisle. So OBLIVIOUS to anything to the point he stuck his finger deep inside his nose and when he pulled it out he just went right on picking the call in order (good luck to those people). TOTALLY IGNORANT AND DISGUSTING...Never again.

Several times I went to the money center. It was closed. Monday through Friday. Never open but one time on weekend.

Very nice people work at this location. My wife and I have been going here for several years. Also professional. Sometimes busy.

I have been using grocery pickup at this Walmart for about a year. I have always had to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to bring out my groceries, no matter what time of day or which day of the week. Last week I waited for an hour! I checked in prior to my arrival. No one answered the pickup phone line and no one answered the phone inside the store either. It's like my groceries were being held hostage. When I finally did get my groceries, I went inside the store to complain to a store manager and all I got was an eye roll. I said the grocery pickup process is not working, you need some help out there, and the manager said, Oh I believe it Then made no effort to do anything about it.

The pharmacists and staff are extremely professional and courteous. They get our prescriptions completed in a timely manner and if something doesn’t come in as expected they give us a call so we can wait until all are ready so I don’t have to come back twice. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for quality service and care.

It's 10AM on a Sunday, we've called 3 times in 30 minutes with no luck. Every call gets picked up after 10 minutes of waiting, then they immediately hang up. We're just trying to find out if their garden supplies are in stock for Spring! (it's January 17th). Why is nobody there to answer the phones [properly]?
