I paid Alex Mejia / A+ Auto Repair & Sales (Mejia Tire Services, Inc.) for repairs on my vehicle, including parts he instructed me to purchase. He later refused to finish the job, refunded part of the money, and left my vehicle disabled. Because of this, I had to involve the Union County Sheriff, pay multiple towing bills, and take my vehicle to another shop where I was billed over $1,500 for repairs that should have been completed in the first place.
The situation caused serious financial hardship — including business losses, missed work, and increased transportation costs for my family. I am preparing to file complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and pursue legal action in court.
I strongly advise anyone considering this business to document everything and proceed with caution

took my car to A+ Auto Repair bringing my own oil and oil filter. During the service they broke the filter, and I ended up waiting over two and a half hours just for them to put back the same oil I had purchased.
In my opinion, if they claim to be specialists in oil changes, how can they make such a basic mistake as breaking an oil filter?
Overall, it was a very bad experience – wasted time, unprofessional, and poor service. I would not recommend this place at all.

This place did alignment told me a different price after all and the condition of the car was in worst shape after they did the work caused more problems to be fixed! I don't recommend anyone to come here.

Worst place to get your car fixed do not go to this place! I bought a truck that needed a simple alignment they gave me the car in the worst shape with more problems! First they said different prices, they damaged my wheel, they don’t speak a word in English and make you wait for hours. Do yourself a favor and do not bring your vehicle here to get any type of work done if you don’t want it to damage it more and have to pay twice as much to get it refixed. I would give this place 0 stars!!

Great location and service
took my SUV for an inspection and oil change.
Prices are reasonable and got done quick.
Got a print out for my inspection
but didn't get a receipt for an oil change, but oil change indicator was reset on my car, so i assume it was done, this is my only concern 🤔 that i got no receipt for an oil change.
otherwise, no problem.

Just picked up my car and had an incredible first experience! Alex took my car in and was thorough and quick with service and even got me my car after hours so I wouldn’t have to wait/be without it over the weekend. Would highly recommend Alex and his team!

These guys do great work. I had an issue with my 2005 e53 bmw x5. I am a DIY guy and I suspected that my fuel filter and fuel pump finally failed after 20 years. I needed this done sooner than later, so I brought it to them. I also brought them the fuel filter and fuel pump and they installed it for me. Thankfully my X5 is now running fine. Thank you A+ Auto.. I highly recommend this place. 👍🏽💪🏽

Do not have your car serviced here. The employees are really nice, but the parts they use are poor quality. I had front and rear brakes and rotors placed on my car April 18th. I am having my front rotors and pads replaced again today (July 20th) due to cracking and warping that is beyond repair. Buyer beware!
