One of the few local places who offer Medallion Signature Guarantee services— however, they refuse to do MSG for anyone who’s not an account holder. Refused to provide us service even though we were prepared to pay. Wouldn’t even offer advice on who else in IT may be able to help.

I called the branch regarding a Medallion Signature Guarantee and was transferred to Jim Colucci, the branch manager. I left a message on his voicemail, and he called back within a few minutes. He was extremely helpful! He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the process. I want to thank him for making me feel like family. Great job!!

My husband and I had our bank statement torn into by someone. The full account number is on the statement . I tried to find out why in 2021 they would have the full account number on it?? In this time of identity theft. No one would even get back to me about changing this to the last 4 digits of the account number. They could care less about their customers safety
