Let me just say that if you're in the Monroe/Indian Trail area you HAVE to visit this store. My rep was Emma and she made sure that I was taken care of. Under the direction of store manager Bruce, I was able to get a new device. They did EVERYTHING they could to maximize savings on my bill as well as resolving my issues.
Their customer service is impeccable!
Liz and Vanessa were also assisting other customers and they all created a beautiful environment for us all. Making sure that our issues were resolved was their first priority.
We walked in with frowns and walked out with smiles ?.
