Top notch and speedy service! The repair process was seamless and the service advisor (Gabby) kept us updated every step of the way. The area that was repaired looks brand new, and they even throughly cleaned my vehicle inside and out before the car was ready for pickup. My car was also ready one day ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!

They are straightforward. Honest. Knowledgeable. Nice.
They got the work done, and my luxury vehicle looked brand new and came with a warranty. I was stressed having to deal with the inconvenience of a stupid and uninsured driver, but Mr Fred & Ms Jan squared me away! I couldn't believe how easy it was because I expected it to not be easy after dealing with the 'certified' collision place 17 mikes away from me, who had no clue or estimate when they could get the work done. My friends BMW has been in that 'certified' shop for 2 months now.
Caliber was recommended by my friend who had a Mercedes repaired here and he was also very happy.
When I got my car back it was cleaner than I gave it to them and they found my credit card and left it covered up for me. That's integrity!

Worked with Fred. He was amazing. He communicated with me. Updated me on the progress of my car. It looked brand new where the damage was. He even went out of his way and got me new seat covers. Exceeded my expectations!!!

Caliber Collision at Indian Trail did an awesome job repairing my BMW. Fred was extremely nice and pleasant. Fred and the Caliber Staff provided excellent customer service.
I was really impressed with the completion of repairs that were sooner than the expected date. I highly recommend their service!
