Kevin is my hero! I was in a panic when my screen started shimmering and shaking. I accidently forund Computer Doc right up the road from me. Stopped in and Jon was so nice to guide us to Kevin. Got a remote appointment and In two short hours, Kevin had me up and running. He is extremely knowledgable and had such patience with me. Thank you so much Kevin. I highly recoomend Computer Doc.

Recently, my employer hired computer Doc NC to help secure his business.I have been struggling with my computer being slow and non responsive for years. We tried different things, but nothing seemed to work. I honestly was at my wits end. I couldn't get anything done as my work would pile up and I'd become very overwhelmed.After explaining my issues to Luis (Thank you Luis!) and Jon, Jon came up with the perfect solution to make my computer run perfectly.I cannot describe the difference this has made for me not just at work, but in general. I feel like a new person!I have had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Computer Doc's Great staff, and I would like to thank Jon for not only his expertise, but also for his patience and kindness. Thank you for listening to me , and for being so validating, it makes such a difference! You're The Best!!!

They now have someone answering the phone who is horrible and unhelpful. Also, they don't do home visits anymore. Also, I need a new battery for one of my laptops and she said they do it but bring a new one. I asked where do I get one and she said from an online vendor. I asked her for the name and she said it's confidential and do my own research. They should get a zero.

The owner came out to my house in hopes to fix my wifi that randomly went out. We have nighthawk system which he implied was no good although it was recently just bought, then he proceeds with saying our "power strip was cheap and could also be a reason" (although it worked just fine the last 13 years). We went to best buy to replace the nighthawk system and bought a surge protector. He made it clear this was the issue and once we got back it would only take him 30 mins to setup because he knew exactly what it was. Once we got back 30 mins turned into 2 hours. He's a computer doc and has been for 37 years but somehow spent 5 1/2 hours at our house and couldn't understand let alone determine the problem. He even programmed one of the nighthawks to turn blue because i informed him on it not being. Once he left the wifi was still going in and out. Next day comes and the wifi is completely down. We called and the guy in the office kept saying " he is on another big job and i will have him call" he never called. He stayed at our house just to receive more money (charging 130 per hour), just to find out the only issue with the wifi was the cord connected to the modem running to the router was no good! Being a computer doc he should have caught that but instead he was so money hungry that he told us everything else in the world was wrong with the wifi. I would not recommend anyone to Kevin. An AWFUL experience.

Jon was the best. I was having so much trouble with my computer. It was so slow with so many pop ups. I hated going on it.. I was ready to throw it against a wall.. I'm also new to Windows 10 and hated it. He explained it to me and made it seem so easy. Got my computer back today and I am enjoying it so much. Thank you Jon your the best.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Actually this review is overdue because the first time my laptop was hit with a bad virus but John came to the RESCUE! He really did save me from losing YEARS of valuable documents and for that I will be forever grateful!!! This visit was more proactive where my husband purchased me a new laptop and John was able to ensure everything was transferred over successfully. He did just that and exceeded my expectations on the turn around time! I love how pleasant and most of all professional he is, but you can tell he genuinely cares about customer relationships and I really appreciate that...signed, a forever customer!:)
