I sat there this afternoon and waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged. I was directed to sit at a station with a dirty water bowl, someone's cell phone and shoes then promptly ignored. They were however very attentive to the blonde woman that came in after me....I'll never go back. Can you give less than one star?

I called hours in advance to see if they have availability and they said they had pedicures for two available at 2:30. Got there 2 minutes early and by 3 pm when no wait time was offered or any idea of when they’d start on us, we got up and left. No one was getting their feet done. All manicures. Appointments are worthless. Strong smells anyway.

Absolutely love Happy Nails. Bim always does a great job. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing.
Cleanliness: Always neat and tidy.
Stylist: Bim is an excellent technician. I've never been disappointed with his work.

Today was my first time here and I love the staff they are very nice and friendly. Tiffany did my nails and Lisa did my pedicure. Definitely will return and go to the both of them. I will try eyebrow wax next time also.
