Poor communication resulted me into having my account in collections. We switched insurance companies and turn in all the paperwork in timely manner. I received a letter from Safeco stating that we own them. I reach out to Larry Helms and they stated Safeco have all the necessary paperwork and they were going to take care of everything. A month later received a letter from the collection agent stating that we owe a balance from Safeco. Reach back out to Larry Helms again and they stated Safeco had all the paperwork and they were going to take care of the misunderstanding. Got another letter from the collection agent again and called Larry Helms about for the third time. The association finally stated that the balance is due for an early cancellation fee. The association never stated that there would be an early cancellation fee. Miscommunication caused my credit to drop. Please make sure you ask all the necessary questions due to the fact they will not tell you.
