I have been going here for several years, since they opened. Unfortunately, I recently had a less than desirable experience. The manager who called me back about it was rude.In person, I booked several appointments that were verbally confirmed at the time of making them. I showed up for my appointment and I was told an appointment was never scheduled. It appears the person at the desk misspoke and booked for the following month (same day).I asked to have someone reach out to me and I did not hear back. I followed up a week later and heard back the following afternoon from the Manager "Cora". I requested that due to the inconvenience (45 minute drive to this location each way) that they cover the gratuity of my next appointment, which was refused. She informed me that I had only one appointment booked on the original day I booked future appointments(which was untrue, I booked several). When I told her that this was the case, see became frustrated and rude and continued to give me the line from the Owner that they could not do anything to lessen the blow of the situation. They did not acknowledge that the error occurred.I encourage anyone making a appendment in person to have them show you the screen, because I have seen several people there struggle with the computer system and I am sure that could lead to situations like this.

So I actually have never taken the time out of my day to leave a review unless it’s a good one and was requested by the service provider. This was an exceptionally bad experience on many levels. The largest being customer service.I booked a 90 minute massage online through the app. You can select your pressure on the app. I chose Firm. It is easy to confirm by logging into the app. From the first few minutes I let the therapist, who was super sweet, know that I wanted firm pressure when she asked. She confirmed and said she just needed to warm up my muscles first. After 20 minutes I asked to discontinue the massage because it was a very bizarre experience. It was more like my 7 year old daughter rubbing lots of lotion on me. I did not want to sit through 90 minutes of it, but didn’t want to hurt her feelings. So I let her know I preferred either a firm or deep tissue massage and I did appreciate her but it wasn’t my style. She apologized and explained she didn’t know why they booked me with her her because she is not trained to do that. I said ok and was asked to go up front. At no time did I ask for my money back. I was way more concerned with getting out of there as it was alarming that she admitted she wasn’t trained despite confirming it at the start of appointment? So I waited about 10 minutes ….. still not sure why as I had not asked for any refund. A GROUP- of people walked in… which is also bizarre …. and let me know that the owner would agree to a refund this time. I said thank you(even though I hadn’t requested one) and was really pumped to get out of there. However, when I started to stand up the girl that was pacing outside with friends let me know that although they’d do a refund this time , in the future I’d be responsible for a cancellation in full. (I would not have considered that a cancellation). She also said I need to call and book a massage directly with Firm or Deep pressure. I explained you can choose pressure in app and that I did. She said I actually just booked a 90 minute custom massage.Well the thing is ANY massage you book says Custom in the app, but you do choose the pressure and filter by that, among other things. So I then asked if she was aware of that. She advised that’s not true and that I should have just called if I needed something specific …… even though I used that filter in the app. I asked if I was not supposed to book the massage online why is it set up to book that way? I also explained part of the draw of the chain is that it’s convenient to book online. So I really need to understand if booking online doesn’t actually work - as in this case. She confirmed I can book online but also need to call. She was rude, defensive, condescending and smirky. Again, I had never requested a refund so the aggression was baffling. She escalated the more I tried to just confirm, verify and make sure she understood that I had not only booked Firm pressure online, but also confirmed with the therapist at the start of appointment. One of the employees was standing nearby agreeing with every single thing I said and explained they were indeed qualified and it was not my fault that I was put with someone who wasn’t.At that point I asked for the owners contact info. I wanted her to know how terribly this one staff member was representing the business. I would want to know. The girl let me know that not only does the owner not give out her contact info, but also she had already told me what the owner thought and there was no reason I should need to talk to her. I explained I wanted to inform her of the behavior from this staff member.I then asked if there was an email if no one is allowed to speak to the owners. They did provide a basic email address that I am sure is most likely monitored and checked by that same girl ?. So hopefully the owner will see this at least.Bottom line is trying to deceptively blame the customer for your mistake is ?! This is scary considering there’s a potential for safety and privacy issues in this type of business.

I received an AmaZing massage by a very talented massage therapist! Her name is Jessica and I highly recommend her-her communication skills are fantastic, too.

Cierra was amazing I will definitely come back. She was professional and explained everything she was going to do, and put on my face prior to putting it on.

The ONE and ONLY reason I go to this particular location is because there is only one therapist I trust that works there. If this person wasn't at that location, I WOULD NOT GO THERE. These people DO NOT know how to UPDATE billing information and CONSTANTLY harass you if your card information isn't up to date, EVEN IF YOU ALREADY UPDATED IT!!!!!!!!!! The office staff has been rude on the phone on prior occasions, and when I give you updated information, it's YOUR responsibility to update it, NOT MINE.

I've gotten massages from 4 different masseuses and they're all great. They'll adjust the pressure based on your preference. The price is good (especially with a membership) and the building is clean. They do aromatherapy, facials, and enhanced muscle therapy. Definitely recommend.

If I could give a negative, I absolutely would. I have been a member of Massage Envy for a few years and the service and company has gone down hill in the last year. I decided to cancel my membership recently and try one of their competitors. I have a few credits I need to use since I can’t get my money back. However, I have been having the hardest time trying to use my credits which I paid for already. I would never sign up for this company again.

Very disappointed with my recent experience at Massage Envy. I used to be a member several years ago at a different location and was interested in becoming one again but definitely not now. When I arrived, I enquired about the cost and was told my massage would be $75- (ok, fine, it had gone up about $10 in price from when I had gone regularly before which is totally understandable Post-Covid). I had a $100 gift card so decided to get an add on service (the one with the warming and cooling- I cannot remember the name of it) which the front staff said my therapist was trained to do. When I entered the room, the therapist said she had not used it before and did not know how so I said I wanted it taking off. I went to use the restroom and saw she had asked the front desk staff then came back with the two bottles of stuff so I assumed she had clarified. The massage itself was below average. The first 30 minutes or so, the therapist used the same 3-5 movements over and over. This left me very sore in those specific areas. In the past, experienced therapists have asked about my areas of tension and then can TELL where the tension is as they work and try a range of techniques to relieve it. I got the distinct impression this therapist was not trained in anatomy based therapy. At the end of the session, one of the bottles of stuff was still full and the other one was a third empty and she gave them to me. I told the front staff that she had not known what to do, and that I did not believe it was used properly. They said they would remove the charge (fine) but then I got the bill. $125!?At that point I was told that because I had had a facial two days before at a different location, it would be $125. I was really annoyed. I understand that prices have gone up but $125 for a one hour (50 minutes hands on) massage is extortionate. However, if I became a member it would be $55 that day and then $70 a month after this. How interesting that NONE of the signage in the front room mentions the $125 price. It made the whole experience feel like a scam.I will not be returning to M.E. again.

I have had great massages and not so good ones, with the last being just o.k. but my therapist Doug, did seem a bit irritated and got pretty snippy with me a couple times. He also ended my session early.I may look for not only another Massage Therapist, but another company as well!

I can’t get this location to call me back under any circumstances. Today I called to request invoice/ receipt for all credit card charges since January 1. The lady said a manager would call me back after her lunch break. You guessed it no call back. A week or so ago the computer was down to book my next appointment, the lady promised to call me back when system was up, again no call back. This is the 3rd or 4th time I haven’t received a call back. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a call back from this location.
