I recently used Print Lion's custom sweatshirt print service, and I was thoroughly impressed with their level of service and product quality.Firstly, they quickly replied, understood my requirements, and explained various options, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. And I needed only a tiny number of sweatshirts printed.Secondly, the turnaround time was very quick. Lucas was very helpful and responded almost instantly. He kept me up to date throughout the printing process. Lucas helped me correct my artwork, as it was not coming out well with the selected color.Lastly, I was blown away by the excellent quality of the sweatshirts. I purchased the garments from them; it's pretty good quality.Overall, my experience with this digital print service was exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality digital printing services at affordable prices.

Very quick, creative, and thorough! I gave Print Lions a design request and they turned it into a really great presentation- and answered all of the questions I had before I even asked. The prices were very competitive and the customer service was amazing!

I needed a name/design on a garment for my daughter's birthday. The people are kind and professional. They truly want to be helpful and succeed in doing so. They are also creative!!! I had no design and they came up with some ideas that we loved. It was so elegant. If you need any printing done, this is the place to go! They are definitely excellent at what they do! My daughter was thrilled with her birthday gift!Thank you so much for doing everything up so fast for us! We really appreciate it!

So unfortunate that I have to rate this low because the work itself is really good but my business has had different issues each time we’ve ordered which has caused us to part ways with this company. When we first ordered from them we loved it but it seemed like ever since we’ve had issues with every order after that. Miscommunication was the biggest problem. Not paying attention to details and confirming our orders only for them to have something wrong when we picked them up. Their business is growing which I think is a great thing but in doing so they’ve lost the customer satisfaction element they once had when we started. It is so disappointing because they were local which made it very convenient to get our stuff but even with our last order for instance they told us it would be ready on a certain day and time and that time passed and it still wasn’t ready. No one informed us that they needed more time so if we hadn’t double checked and just went off their email, we would’ve drove 45 minutes only for it not to be ready. I hope things change because they’re very nice people but my time and money is valuable so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
