Never received my lemon loaf in a plastic bag lol definitely feels like over paying for a gas station snack cake. Maybe the over locations are just elite to remove it from plastic and warm it. Imagine fighting to get in here just to have your expectations ruined. At least the drink was correct.Parking: You will fight to get in and out. Coffee is Starbucks but pain to come inside. There are plenty of workers but no one can interact with the customer that walks up. They make you wait several minutes just to get a simple coffee order. Then I'm supposed to tip you?! Our society is in trouble.

I love my neighborhood Starbucks. My drink is always exactly the same and always ready when app says it is. I walk here every Saturday and Sunday morning early with my doodle and we sit in the corner and just enjoy people watching and being out in the community. The staff seem to like eachOther and appear to be enjoying what they are doing! Great location!

One of the waitresses did not call me when the order was ready to be taken. She just left it on the counter and I had to get up from my chair to check to see if it was ready. If I hadn't made the decision to check, I would still be waiting for my order.

Unfortunately I had a rough experience today. Whoever was serving or preparing coffee must have had HEAVILY scented lotion on. My coffee AND bottle of water both smelled strongly of this scent and my coffee tasted like it as well. I couldn't drink either thing due to it smelling so strongly. I am a frequent, long time customer of this location and have never had an issue liket his before, so I can say it's not the norm. But ya know.. I wasted some money today. Maybe let the staff know that it's not okay to smear their bath and body works hands all over things that people are ingesting. That's all.

This review is mainly for Ash! He is the absolute best. He makes my coffee to perfection and has the best customer service! I know if he’s there, the store is in good hands! Ash deserves a raise!!!! If he isn’t already a manager he needs to be!

The service here is very very slow. They often mess up my order and are out of pretty much everything. I feel that no matter if I go through the drive through or inside, I am always there for a very long time.

I will probably short of words or gramma mistake but Ash I think that’s his name is, he’s the person that make my day from -0 to +100!! He fix my daughter online order because the store at Fairview rd cannot make it since she order online and use the wrong address. But I got here at my store near where we leave and he fix the drink and plus I have a terrible day for personal reasons I had a headache and I was hungry, he took my order and I was ready to pay he said is on me! With his big and beautiful eye and smile. And of course I said I can pay. Is fine. He said not don’t you worry is on me. Of course me that slowly I been loose faith in some people, I look at him, I can’t believe it. I said anything but thank you so much. My eyes go watering, emotions staring all over. They were very professional they didn’t ask or say anything. I received my order I look at him way bye, and there’s he is saying bye to me too. People doesn’t know how small gesture can change the course of a day. Thank you so much. I hope I see you name correctly. Ash. You change more then a order.

Didn’t put bacon on my bacon , Gouda and egg sandwhich… charged me extra for the “ pumpkin sauce” in my pumpkin cream cold brew when it’s already included in the price. Won’t be returning!
