Of all the banks I’ve dealt with throughout my career I’ve never seen one that never answers their phone. No matter what time of day it is you cannot get anybody on the phone to ask a simple question. In my opinion that is horrible customer service but it’s typical of BB&T especially with a stigma that follows them around. As quick as I can break ties with him I’m doing it. The two stars was for the only girl that helps you down. There won’t mention her name but that Bank has a hole is the worst I’ve seen.

Always a great help when needed. Any time that we have had issues or needed something. They have went above and beyond to make sure we are helped.In person is always better than someone else on the other end of a phone. Indian Trail location is great!!

We had a walk-in appointment with Hannah, she was the sweetest and very knowledgeable! Definitely would recommend her to anybody that needs a little extra assistance!

Worst bank ever. If i could give 0 I really would. especially indian lady banker is so rude i am very surprised about that lady can working at the bank avoid this location

They are really incompetent, they don't help and is like they are all lazy and not working, not helpful at all. You are a customer so, they just make excuses and not doing nothing, super lazy and a weak bank. Don't go customer service is a mess and if you don't what to get mad don't go here.

Not eating the service. Pulled up to make a payment at 9ish no answer, no tellers, I guess it's closed and moving? It would be nice if they could update the maps so it's not showing as open.

The ladies at SunTrust Indiantrail are great. They always go above and beyond to help. Thanks Kristy hannah trina dedra and stephanie for doing a great job. Ill continue to bank there as long as I have the great service they provide.

I opened my accounts online and "obviously" I did something wrong. So I called the Branch and spoke with the Manager "D" and she was VERY personable, professional and helpful. I went thru the drive thru (we are in the middle of a Pandemic so not inside visits for me) and they got it handled! Very Satisfied and Thankful.

We have been banking at this bank for years. I have been holding off on writing a review but I need to now. I have been helping my teenagers build credit. With the advice of the bank manger who is there now. We got my son a credit card plus a loan. He was very responsible paying on time, not using his credit to the max. He put his loan in the bank let it make the payments. Well he needed a transmission for his truck. Now dad had loaned him money and he has always paid me back. However, he has great credit with dad. That doesn't help him build his credit. Well, with the advice of the bank manager. We applied for a loan with suntrust. He was declined not enough history. He applied with lendingclub online got the money. Well a year later. The bank manager again suggested to try suntrust to get a lower interest rate. Declined again to many hard hits, mind you the only ones are suntrust and lending club. Now he had over a year of credit, paying on time, never late. I confronted the bank manager. D. My wife and I also a couple years back refinance our mortgage with them. This was the worse experience in my entire life. The bank manager D..... helped us along the way. She had to get involved becuase of the disorganize mess they run there. People would loose our stuff all the time. I also mentioned that to the bank manager D..... how my family hadn't been done right and what disorganized mess they had. She got defensive, saying it wasn't suntrust it was the people???? Hmm these people work for suntrust right. So to me it is suntrust. Well, we are fine without suntrust. The bank manager won't even speak to us any more. I really don't care. I will be moving all my banking to another location or even leave Suntrust. The ladies at the counter are always sweet, kind. However the bank manager true colors came out when you share your poor customer service experience. She even said she had never seen anything like it. When we was going through it. So my advice don't bank here, don't trust her for any advice. Find another branch or even bank.

Best bank I've ever been with.
