Today I went to T-mobile to purchase an iphone 15 pro and received extremely poor service. The Sales Rep was assisting my son and I, all while playing a video game on his personal phone. He knew very little about the products and just was not helpful. His actions clearly showed me that his video game was more important than helping paying customers. I confronted him about his neglegent and rude behavior, he said nothing. After about 15 mins we found out that they did not have the phone so we then went to the store another Tmobile in Matthews and the service was vastly different. The Sales Rep was professional and had a thorough understanding of the phones. I don't know if I will ever return to the Indian Trail store again.What a dissapointment. The young man needs to be retrained immediately.

The service was absolutely amazing. My husband and I bought an Apple Watch then I had to buy a tempered glass for my iPhone. They took their time and hooked everything up without rushing me or having a stank attitude. The whole atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely recommend others to go to that specific T-Mobile store

Visited this store today to look at upgrading my mom’s phone. Christian was so helpful with all of our questions and even helped us pick a different phone that was better for her. Jo also helped us by answering question's about the internet they offer. We walked out of there with more than we expected but the customer service was amazing and we will return when ever we need something. T-Mobile customer service has been far more superior than Verizon. So glad we switched!

I went in with the mindset of walking out with a new IPhone 14 pro but instead…. If I could give a zero to this location I would. Walked in today and waited for 15 min and not even the courtesy to extend a simple greeting or acknowledgement of my being. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer centrism is astounding. Decided to seek out a Verizon Wireless to compare the customer services. Night and day interactions. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 12 yrs. I just switched to Verizon today.

The customer service staff at this store was worthless! We will never go back to that store. The store in Monroe or Pineville-Matthews Rd have staff that know what they are doing and actually want to help a customer.

I have never had anything but a great experience from this specific location. The people working here have always been helpful and kind but this last visit they really outdid themselves. I lost my phone is the river and as many people now, my entire world - including work - revolve around my phone. The gentlemen working Monday morning (8/7) deserve the highest praise and recognition for going above and beyond to not only help me resolve the situation but also calm me down and make me laugh during an awful situation. I cannot express how thankful I am for everything they did for me that day. I really hope that their higher ups see this and understand that they have some amazing employees working for them but especially these two gentlemen.

Love me some T-Mobile. Great staff at this location The only problem is there's not enough of them. It's frustrating when you walk in and everybody's busy and three or four people are waiting in line but I guess you can never plan when customers will show up. When you do finally get to a staff member they're amazing and helpful and knowledgeable and always with a smile. Keep up the great work and hopefully I can time it right on future visits so I don't have to wait, haha

Had my old phone transferred info to my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. Though I had not been backing up my old phone there were some issues with the process. The two guys working in this store were absolutely amazing. They were calm and very informative. The process went smooth. I also bought an case for my phone. I recommend this store 100%.

The staff, very informative, noticed that I had insurance, an Applecare and Google one. And directly advise the right direction. Very friendly T-Mobile is beneficial. I like to thank them for being honest and noticing that my phone was under warranty; thankful for the staff at this T-Mobile location.
