took a civic there to have a transmission replaced. took about a month which is expected for a busy transmission shop. got the car back and noticed the new one was leaking. twin transmission has a warranty luckily so I took it back and Paul had it back and ready the next day. Seems to be an honest business.

Twins Transmission is a great place to take your car to be fixed. Paul is a very nice person and very professional. He went out of his way to help us.
He knew my circumstances and made my situation better by telling me the truth. Paul did not try to take advantage of us.

Took a 06 Ford with a CVT and it cost us three grand for A valve body. You had me convinced he was going to have to take it out of the van front wheel drive. Pretty sure he took advantage of $1,000 reverse is slipping. The price starts at one thing. Then he raised it to another. That's why I wanted to post this. I called during COVID. With no answer about the reverse issue.

I did not step foot on the property of this shop, but randomly called around to different transmission shops and mechanics in the area to ask for advice and guidance as my vehicle's transmission was being repaired under a warranty at a different shop. I spent well over an hour across a couple weeks talking to Paul at this shop as he provided me answers to all of my questions and concerns that the warranty shop could/did not or want to satisfy. Every single time I called, Paul answered. They must have my number memorized by now.
To be clear I have not had my vehicle serviced by this shop, however, that fact was considered to be insignificant by this staff when I called in. I wish I had gone to this shop to get the repairs done in the first place, but I at least know now who I can trust in the future.

Twin went above and beyond the call off duty for me. I was broke down and a long way from my home state. They were honest and very knowledgeable in the field of work. I would give them a higher rating than 5 if I could. Very courteous and professional.

Oh, I don’t know how good they are but their prices are crazy. They quoted me 2500 for a 4L 60 for my 93 GMC Yukon so I called up Millers and Worleys. They were cheaper by $1000 just saying.

Transmission was going out on my 06 Silverado. Paul got me fixed up and also fixed another simple issue that another shop couldn’t figure out. Great experience for me.

I have nothing but good words for Twin Transmission and the employees. I have a 2017 Chevy silverado and at 123 thousand miles I felt the infamous shutter of the 6l80 so I parked the truck and searched for 3 weeks for a transmission/ transmission shop i felt like I could trust and as someone who has been working on cars since i could turn a wrench and doing it professionally since i was old enough to get a job it takes a lot for me to find that trust in someone else but Paul at Twin Transmission managed to do that rather quickly. After a short phone call I knew who I was going to have rebuild my transmission so I removed trans the next day and took it them. Turn around time was very quick and there were zero surprises as to what it would cost me, I was told up front of all the variables there could likely be. The next weekend I reinstalled the transmission and took the truck for a drive and I will honestly say the transmission performance is better than it ever has been, it is shifting excellent. only have one more thing to add, I GREATLY appreciate the look of the transmission after the rebuild as this not being my first time or sadly even my second around with other vehicles I know what many transmission builders like to do and that is spray everything and I mean everything with silver paint. My trans was painted nicely with tags/labels masked off. These guys do great work don't hesitate to take your vehicle to them.

I did not have a good overall experience so I won't go back. Beware is my best advice. I read some negative reviews and should have listened. Shady dealing. Cost me an additional $600, at another shop, to have fixed what they broke during the repair they did for me. They would not stand behind their work. Disappointing

Twin transmission is head and shoulders above the competition, hands down.I was truly impressed on several level.My transmisson went out on my 2014 XTS, and I'm still paying a car note, so replacing my car was not an option.So I called around to several shops, and no one could give me a straight answer, with reguars to pricing, and time it would take to repair.I contacted Twin transmission and we agreed on a price and a time frame that the transmission replacement job would be completed.They said the job would be completed in 3 days.To my surprise, the job was done in 2 days.And the cost was exactly what we agree on, no suprises, no hidden fees or charges.And the job came out flawless......!She rides like a brand new car.......!Job was completed ahead of schedule......!No rattles, no clunks nothing, dealer ship quality, without the dealer ship cost.....!I had to travel 37 miles to get to the shop, and the gut satifaction I feel, makes every mile I had to travel, and every dollar I spent well worth it....!And they also washed my car, like the dealership lolTwin transmissions not only met my expectations, but they exceeded them.And I'm a stickler for details.Twin transmission was,ProfessionalPriced rightPreciseand punctualTHANK YOU
