Amazing customer service at store 7995 on Indian Trail Run! I needed some documents notarized & Tricia had no issue with me emailing them to her (I had signed them early😆) She offered to print them out again. It was the dumbest mistake but she was so unbothered by it. I took a lot of their time but they were sweet & understanding. Andrea took care of the other customers in the store while I was being helped. I will absolutely come here again for their services.

I absolutely hate to be that person!! But seriously save yourself some trouble and go to another UPS store. This place has horrible customer service! Workers are extremely rude and not helpful. This kids need to be trained better.

The customer service experience exceeds expectations each and every time. Although this location is five miles further than what I could travel, it is truly worth the drive to see smiling faces and a team that is willing to assist you with your packages. I recently had graduation invitations done; the graphics and print job was outstanding! Thank you so much!

I love this store, everyone is always so patient with me even though I have no idea what I’m doing half the time returning my Amazon purchases.? Riley and Debbie are always so friendly and helpful. When I need mass printing for work, they always help me. Find the best “bang for my buck.” Thanks IT UPS for always getting me in and out quickly.❤️

i would avoid this place!!!!
when i was in there last week to drop off a ups package, i asked the owner/manager how much copies were. he told me 29 cents each. fair enough. i went in there today and made 6 black and white copies and the price was 29 cents each PLUS a 1.50 "access fee". the issue isn't the dollar and fifty cents. the issue is i wasn't told about the additional charge up front. had i been ethically told, i could have made the choice whether i wanted to pay it or not. it's a slimy way to do business
take your stuff to the library where copies are 25 cents each, no hidden charges

They guys are great! They do a lot of printing of plans for me and today the did some computer work for a PDF file and they got it exactly how I needed it. They are definitely your go to place for large prints and PDF custom work. Thanks UPS Indian Trail!!
