I stopped in to look at the new Samsung S24. Lyndsay took the time to look up my account and walked me through the cost of pre-ordering the phone and what my cost and new bill would be. When I picked up the phone, she took time to set up the phone and answer all my questions and the phone and my account. She always takes for care of me when I go to the store.

My phone stopped working on a Saturday and I spent 3 hours online with tech support who was unable to help and suggested I go into a local store and exchange. I went into the store and we reached out to Apple who said I would need to go to their store and do a factory reset. Before leaving the store Wayne and Lyndsay said they might be able to help save me time and do a reset at the store. Before doing the reset they noticed that I was using a VPN service and suggested that we delete the app. As soon the app was deleted we were able to connect the phone to the store WiFi. A few minutes later the phone was back to normal. Wayne and Lyndsay saved me from a factory reset and provided excellent customer service. They are who I will go to with future issues. Great experience!

All the workers were very nice and polite! Lyndsay was great! She offered to help with anything and everything. She made sure we had everything we needed before leaving !

Lindsey is awesome! She handles 5 customers at a time is very knowledgeable and goes beyond awesome! The manager is good too I’m sorry I can’t remember his name!

Came into the store because my iPhone 12 wasn’t charging. He didn’t even look at my phone, just told me that I didn’t have a protection plan on my phone (which I do) and need to either pay $200 to get it fixed or to trade in my phone for a new one and those were my only two options. After asking him if he was sure I didn’t have a protection plan because I know I’ve been paying for one, he said he was sure. I showed him proof that my phone was protected. He checked again for the third time and then my protection plan was visible… of course lol. he then put me on the phone with a representative to put in a claim. He asked me if they will fix it and I said “yes for free with the protection plan you swore I didn’t have.”These people are dishonest, and will do anything for a buck.I’ll be taking the drive to the matthews location from now on. This location is just sad

Lyndsay was amazing and helped us a ton! We were dreading having to switch our phone plan and get new phones. She got us in and out in a little over an hour and helped us thru the entire process.

I first went to store to discover why I could neither text nor call from my phone. I was helped by Chris who confirmed that my SIM card was working fine and that the cellular component was bad. He gave me a quote for an upgrade. I meanwhile left to get quote on possible fix of cellular as I wasn’t wanting to spend money on a new phone. I returned to store after discovering cellular could not be repaired. This is when I was helped by Lindsay. She is very knowledgeable and explained process step by step helping to make me feel at ease. She also was good about giving full disclosure on all costs upfront. She also explained difference between all accessory options and any specials available. I opted to not purchase three accessories but was told by Lindsay that she would honor the promotion if I were to change my mind and purchase a third accessory later. I appreciated that. I despise having to buy a new phone but this was the best experience I’ve had thus far doing so. This was due to both Chris and Lindsay. Thank you.

Chris was extremely helpful and got me taken care of. My phone stopped working today, and 2 other Verizon locations couldn’t help me, so they sent me to this location. Even with a longer drive, it was worth it to get a quick phone exchange so I wouldn’t be without a phone. Chris even took the time to look at my bill and ensure everything was correct. He continued to assist me after their closing time to make sure I was good to go. Highly recommend Chris and this location. I will make the drive out here in the future!

Tony was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He also helped us with 2 phones instead of one and we were able to save money. I would recommend folks to ask for him!!
