I always go to the one on western. Since the review said 100%. I decided to shop there. Boy was I disappointed! I got a few things and left. Can’t really do my grocery shopping like I always do. I shop at Aldi every Friday after work. I will go back to western.. this store was a waste of my time!

One register open even though they have 5. Employees not wanting to help the front . I don't understand I love their food but I do not like the customer service.I mean if we're having to bag our own groceries they might as well have a self checkout at this point.

Clancy’s snacks are a good value especially for the quality! Disappointed that they’re often out of the sliced sourdough rounds. Also raised their prices on packages of Black Forest ham and turkey slices 😡 Hit and miss.

Had never been into an Aldi's and then they had a sale on Beef Tenderloin, so I thought I would go buy some. I was there by 11am the first day of the sale, and they did not have any left out. When I finally found someone who worked there, I asked if they had more. I was told they only received 3 boxes. Why have a sale and not even order enough for the first day?

I wanna give 5 stars, but that quarter thing bugs me! I don't have a quarter with me all the time. Have skipped Aldi because of it. Some odd stuff, and some limited selection.

I thought this was a discount grocery store. The prices are just as high, it's turned into an upscale grocery store with limited options. I'm not sure when this store made the switch to an expensive organic upscale grocery store, but that's what this is now. 2024 I can't afford to shop at ALDI.

CHECK DATES ON EVERYTHING, JUST went JULY 2nd and got hazelnut coffee creamer, SIX lime greek yogurts, and went to make coffee on July 3rd the creamer was CHUNKY yet says it doesn’t expire until 8/19/24, I let it slide, then this morning I go to give my kids yogurt and I noticed a smell and looked at the lid to see they expired JUNE 24th!!!

The casher Shi needs to slow down. She rushed Me and they gave Me a hard time because I wanted to bag my own food in the bag I brought. I didn't trust her with my bread.
I was frazzled by her and had to stop and compose myself.
While doing so she gave the MARINE gentleman behind me the same attitude.
This is unacceptable behavior.
I will no longer support this store since YOU can't train your employees right. Good day.

So many things missing off the shelves. Couldn't get everything I needed. The cashier was nice though.

Went Friday 6/14 around 530pm and the store was super messy and under stocked. This was worse than the Kannapolis &Concord NC stores.

The older black woman working cashier tonight around 5:35 was very rude. (My receipt said Carmen was my cashier but when I tried seeing her name tag I didn’t see Carmen on her shirt so I don’t wanna assume that’s her name and get someone else in trouble). I said hi as she walked up to start scanning groceries and she said nothing. Then she rudely went “give me your box”. Couldn’t say bye have a nice day when done cashing out or anything. Honestly seemed like she hated her job. I love Aldi's but experiences like this make me not want to come back. I’ll give this location another chance in the future but the western location is definitely better.

I found their customer service to be very good and friendly. Also, the prices and food quality is worth going. Their store is also clean.
