“We lived here for about a year and half and loved it! Move out was super easy and we got our full deposit back. Maintenance always came quick and fixed the issue. Office staff is super nice. The facilities are great! Super clean and well-kept pool. The gym is so great and has a lot of equipment. Mail is easy to get. Having a gate is a huge bonus too safety-wise. There was a lot of local riff-raff using the pool and courts and things and once they secured the gates it all went away and was quiet and peaceful.”

“Firstly, the office staff is AMAZING. I recently had a tour of the property and as soon as I walked into the office I was greeted warmly and helped immediately. I was given the tour by Cortney Southerland. She was so informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns and took the time to understand my needs. She was very knowledgeable of the area too and made be feel welcome in a new place. The property and amenities are great and the people working there seem even better.”

“We were a bit apprehensive about choosing this apartment based on the low ratings in reference to management.
We decided to go through with a tour and met Jennifer who is extremely accommodating and helpful. We walked in without an appointment and she dropped everything she was doing to show us around.

After that, she was extremely responsive to all of our questions. If she didn’t have the answer, she made sure to find out and get back to us quickly. Our application was accepted and we were notified on the same day that it was received. While she was out of office, we did have a hard time getting answers from anyone else regarding move-in dates and where to get more information. Luckily, she was only out for a few days.

Overall, our experience has been great and maintenance has come within 24 hours of submitting a request (my first request was put in at 11 pm Monday and maintenance showed up at 8 am Tuesday). Jennifer is so helpful, informative, and professional. For anyone else who has read negative reviews and is second guessing applying here, definitely ask for Jennifer. She’ll take care of you!”
