Walked in a very clean store and was immediately greeted by Sabby.
I expressed my displeasure with another AT&T location where I spent 4 hours at. Sabby reassured me that my account would be straightened out, and I'd be out of there in 30-40 minutes. You know what, Sabby had us out in 30 minutes!!
I can't say enough good things about her. I'm so thankful for her knowledge, understanding and patience with me. You are amazing sweetie and thank you so much!

Cameron was amazing at my most recent visit with my upgrade, and Mariah was equally amazing when I went in for my daughter's upgrade on my plan a couple weeks ago.

I came in today with the idea of getting a iPad but I knew nothing about them and Gage was amazing helping me pick out a new iPad for school he was very kind and patient while explaining everything to me. I’m very happy with getting his help today. I recommend everybody to go to him for help, he makes sure you get the best bang for your buck while ensuring it’s exactly what you want and is very patient and doesn’t rush you into buying.

My family and I went to upgrade our phones. We were greeted immediately by Bo and had the best time!! He was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable and so much fun!! Very personable and connected with us. We also had the pleasure of working with Rolando and he too was amazing!! I can't thank these gentlemen enough for their assistance!! They are top notch, way above 5 stars!! They even had to stay a bit after closing to finish up our transaction and did not rush us to leave. Thank you Bo and Rolando!!

We set up an appointment at 11am and were greeted as soon as we opened the door! We worked with Bo who ended up finding a deal which ended up letting us both leave with two new smart watches and a new iPhone! Bo was such a pleasure to work with, if y’all ever need help ask for Bo!! You can’t miss him, he's a such a tall gentleman!!

The sales reps who work here are nice but unfortunately that doesn’t make it ok to completely fail at doing your job properly. It has cost me 100s of dollars due to the employees here not knowing their own policies. Spent 3 hours on the phone with ATT customer service just to be told that whatever was done in store is out of their control and there’s nothing they can do to fix it. The sales rep on the phone agreed that while ATT was at fault for the mistake but there was nothing more they could do. I was simply offered to file a complaint against this store and unfortunately had no resolution to my issue.
