My car was having issues. My husband informed me that if I went to AutoZone they had a machine that could tell me what was wrong. Grateful I went in when I DID! The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on what to get.I drove almost 3 hours one way (the next day) to pick up my friend and truthfully not sure I would have made it had I not replaced my sparkplugs. ?

My battery went dead when I was at work. I had a co-worker jump it, then I headed for the closest auto parts store. I got a battery and it was installed by a young gentleman. It was not an easy task with where it was at, but he got it done, with a great attitude and very nice demeanor. Great customer service!

Auto Zone saved me so much! My spouse's truck needed 2 new batteries installed as the old ones were going bad and causing me a lot of worry as my spouse is deployed right now. Bob, the store manager, he took out the old ones and installed the new ones perfectly this morning. I could not thank or appreciate the people at Auto Zone more, far better than any other auto store chain. Saved me a lot of stress, money and worry than if I had taken it to a garage.

Excellent service today. A woman with blue hair was very helpful and then Joshua E (I believe) was very helpful as well. This is the type of service that makes you want to come back and proactively give my business.
