I just went in looking for a good pair of headphones! I wasn’t quite sure which to choose, so I sought help and E was there! He was super helpful and engaging! Great customer service!! I hope my headphones are just as cool as his generosity!

SOMEONE NEEDS TO PICK UP A PHONE! If you need tech support be prepared to be on hold for ever! It's going on 30 mins now and still on hold! I tried every department and you end up in the same place, on hold for ever. DO BETTER BEST BUY. This will be the last time I buy from Best Buy.

Overall customer service was great but seemed a little shorthanded. Went in to purchase a motherboard that was listed as available in stock but when I arrived it was already being put into another PC even though it still said available. Just hope they get batter about updating availability of stock online more efficiently.
