Billie was awesome. She was professional and courteous.After having so many issues with the truck I picked up at another location it was nice to see some one who cared. 800 customer service phone was a joke. She is someone who wanted the make and right.If I ever decided to go rent from budget truck again it would be from that location. Plus she has nice trucks!Thanks Billle for everything.

We rented a truck from here for a eas move and noticed the truck seemed beat up but the lady said that there were no issues to be concerned about. One of the issues was that the tire pressure light was on, when we asked them about the issue they once again said to not worry about it. During our travel we had a windshield wiper fly off the truck while it was storming and we could barely see through the storm on the highway. We had to detour to go find a windshield wiper. After we resolved this issue , our tire popped mid traffic on the interstate and we had to derail off the highway. We waited four hours until the budget customer service workers came out to change our tire. After this troubled we were told we would be reimbursed for the cost and for the windshield wiper we had purchased, it has been two months now and they are still trying to work against giving us any reimbursement. Please! Save yourself the trouble!

The location has no control over the truck inventory but I still had a terrible experience with budget truck customer service. Reserved a truck A week out from my moving date just to get a call the morning I was supposed to pick it up saying that they did not have the 16 foot truck I reserved, they had was a 12 foot truck. I was told I had to call the 800 customer service Number and when I did they were not apologetic at all about the inconvenience, they asked if I was willing to change my pick up date or drive two hours to get a truck. The whole reason that you make a reservation a week ahead of time is because you have a move out date and you have to move that day. They took my information and I was supposed to get a callback anywhere from 15 mins to 2 hours. Four hours later no phone call and I have to take the 12 foot truck because there are no other trucks available anywhere else. I called again and asked to speak to a manager and I was on hold for an hour and no one ever answered. The truck I was given does not have a fire extinguisher and was in bad shape. Will not be renting with this company anymore.

They were great with me. Truck was clean and ready and the prices were acceptable, just wish there was package extra mileage rates so if I know I'm coming back I can pay for miles at a discounted rate. Get gas before you get in the area because the choices are limited. All the staff was great and helped me after dealing with the hurricane.

Booked a month ago. They over book themselves and leave you without a truck. It’s Christmas time and now we have no way to get to our kids this Christmas cause everyone is sold out. They don’t care. They gave our truck to someone else:

We rented a truck to move and it broke down after loading. We ended up spending the night in the truck till someone got to us in the morning.

Seriously the sweetest people ever. We forgot to reserve a car dolly and she spent 30 minutes calling everyone to find us one. Then opened up after hours to give us the pads we forgot. Would 1000% recommend.

I have had the worst experience yet! The best help was the towing company. My tow dolly, one of the straps ripped off the wheel of my own car and got banged up. Been waiting for 8 hours for a replacement dolly with 3 babies, 3 dogs, and 4 adults and still have not been helped. Just left 10 hours later.

Great customer service! They called me the day before I had scheduled to pickup the truck just to check up. Friendly, family owned business, fast and easy to work with. Truck was outside loaded with moving blanks and dolly when I arrived.
