This place has went down hill. I just sat in line behind another car for 4 min when I decided to forget order drove past drive thru. One vehicle at window. Waited in line for almost 25 minutes just to get cold stale onion rings. They must hate their job or be new hires or something because i swear it never use to be like this !!! Now it's like everytime i go, I'm calling back because of the foods terrible. I get it's fast food but it not called old,stale or cold food. People.spwnd money ya know!!! It's not free

I usually have little to no issues with this location as I come here all the time, but this morning they were very rude. I went at 7:30am to order a meal with a coupon. I was reading the coupons contents so they’d know what it’s for like I always do and before I could finish she cut me off to ask what I already said, and was literally about to answer again reading off the last part of the coupon, if she’d had let me finish. Seemed like she had an attitude because the first employee who tried to speak we couldn’t hear through the intercom. It was very low with static. I told the coupon code to the static man when he tried to speak again because I knew they would ask for that next, although i couldn’t hear him. I would’ve read that too if she’d not cut me off. She then got back on the mic because I still couldn’t hear him just to ask me how much cream and sugar I want with my coffee, to then not give me what I asked for. As if it’s my fault their mic is inoperable! I just woke up and it’s too early for a damn attitude when I’m talking kindly and being respectful, so here I am. The service was terrible. Rude and unprofessional. The treatment was completely unnecessary. Some people really shouldn’t be working customer service if they don’t enjoy serving customers.
