Very disappointed with this place. They were late on completing my truck (told me an hour before pickup) and when I got it back there was a new crack in the windshield right where the accident was. When I brought it to their attention they just told me that the crack was there when they got it and told me to go an hour away to fix it NOT on the estimate they made with my insurance.

Had to bring my vehicle in for some damage a couple weeks ago. This is the second time I have chosen to use Caliber. They always put 100 percent and ensuring not only that my vehicle looks amazing but also that I am informed and taken care of throughout the process. I would recommend Caliber over and over again for anyone in need of any type of vehicle repair of any kind!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Had my car fixed 2 months ago (wife drives it most of the time) found issues with trunk repair that was done. Brought back to shop due to life time warranty (what a joke) was told by Allison (not manager) take your keys back and if you don't like our work you best take it to another place to get it repaired. I called progressive agent very helpful and she is working to fix the issue and have work done at another shop at calipers expense. This is the worst shop I've ever been to for customer service ever.

Nothing but impressed by the work done here. When I first came with my car the systems were down and I was like "here we go" but I was called back on my way home to be helped out. I was concerned that my car would take too long, but they finished my car in a third of the time that they originally promised and it looks great. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and they really know the insurance companies and the rental car company. It makes things so easy and fluid, I couldn't ask for more. Thanks again for your help with my Hyundai Elantra GT.

Every one here has great customer service! Melissa was amazing and kept me updated on my repairs the entire time. My repairs were completed sooner than expected and my car looks like nothing ever happened!
