“I am writing this review about my experience with Watkins Flooring providing a remedy for LVT flooring purchased and installed in 2020. The floor tiles were separating and in some areas they made a popping noise when you walked on them. After close inspection from a Watkins representative and from an independent flooring inspector hired by Mohawk Ind., the cause of the issue could not be fully determined.Mr Watkins agreed to replace all of the floor tiles and I paid them to put down a leveling compound before installing the new tiles.
