Never have a issue with this place until the older lady is working. She is always very disrespectful to my husband. It's to the point where if she is working my husband will leave. The next time I'm in this store I will be speaking with a manager thisi s getting out of hand

Worst service ever!!!! I went in for some nachos for my daughter and the cheese machine was out of nacho cheese. I asked the female store worker could she refill the cheese in the machine? She (Siann) replied that once the machine is out of cheese, it’s out of cheese! (Siann looked very annoyed that I asked the question). She said that it was not her responsibility and she had no clue where the cheese was kept; as this was the responsibility of 3rd shift workers. I immediately asked to speak with the manager and I was told by both Siann and Abby that there was no manager as the manager had gone for the day (3:15 pm on Saturday 29 May 2021/ check the tape). Word to management, I know it’s hard to find good help these days, but the two workers Siann and Abby are the absolute WORST!!! I think you can do better as both of them looked disinterested and lacked basic customer service. These two were just warm bodies wasting space at your business; there just taking your money. You’d save time and money and produce better customer service results having no one at the counter at all!

Maybe don't play with your phones and stare at customers while they are at the register for a solid minute. Had the cashier walk into the office just in the door way when I came in and got in line as the previous customer was leaving, and keep glancing at me while I was trying to just quickly pay for gas. I understand you need to check phones with family and stuff but maybe just say "hold on one second for me please" and acknowledge that I'm standing there waiting for service while you message whoever.

This bathroom was clean and appeared highly sanitized, floor was a little messy and couldve used a good mopping. Toilet was satisfactory. Toilet paper was the cheap kind. Great for an emergency stop for a sit down bathroom break

The female Latina cashier was having a conversation with her friends that were parked in the handicap space without a placard by screaming back and forth across the store. Unbelievable. This happened at 7:05 on 6/2/19 and continued until after we left....too busy talking with a line 5 deep. The gentleman that was working wound up checking out 6 customers to her 1.....

Got gas last night, must have had ton of water in it because my lines and pump are now frozen and have to take my truck to mechanic to drain the tank.
