Missy Burmeister and the Allied coordinator Abby Strickland were awesome all the way through. Missy was able to put together packing and shipping on a very uncertain and then last minute schedule. Labor for loading and unloading was a problem at both ends of our move, only 2 of the 4 loaders the driver requested were provided to load and none of the unloading crew showed up at all in Wisconsin.

ALLIED/COLEMAN…DO NOT USE this company! Rep never disclosed everyone is a subcontractor! Moved from northeast florida to south jersey. The 3 people that were sent to pack critical items were great. The driver and the guys that came to load truck in Florida were not prepared with proper materials to protect furniture, never checked boxes and containers to make sure they were securely closed, even after my request. They paid no attention to labels like FRAGILE, HEAVY, DO NOT CRUSH, and had nothing to protect things from rain. My entire household contents were loaded haphazardly on a truck that apparently was bug infested, and some of my items were mixed in with someone elses items. Upon delivery to a NJ storage facility, the only workers were the driver, his little brother, and a local subcontractor who was SHOCKED at how my things had been loaded on the truck. The nightmare continued as they haphazardly jammed everything into my two storage units in such a way that i now can not access anything i may need. They followed no directions i gave them nor did they follow any of the procedures described by a rep to identify my items and confirm condition and delivery, yet driver wanted me to sign paperwork saying they followed their “sticker and checkoff chart” procedure which I refused to do.Bottom line…ALLIED/Coleman is a shady company. They should be shut down!

IT'S LIKE LEGAL VANDALISM!!! If if didn't happen to me, I wouldn't believe it. I paid 7K to pack up my home. Upon request of my items to be put back in the home they deliver about 75% in pieces. Envision this: They bring remnants of your stuff. You want to sit your returned power sofa with no sofa back which you can not recline due to no power supply and no back. Try to watch your TV with no TV plug for power to listen from your soundbar with no cord as you put your feet on your topless coffee table. So you decide to lie down but cannot as your bedframe in one room has missing legs and your other bed has missing power supply cords and a broken support. So you get up to look in a mirror you don't have, nor photos or paintings which never were delivered. You ask Alexa to remind me to call Allied, but wait, all the electronics are missing. So you go sit at the dining room table which is missing a top. So you put your coffee mug on the base of said table and walk to the coffee pot which, oh wait, is missing. You call Allied who acknowledges 20+ missing boxes and a sectional with pieces and parts they can't find. Then, they say "oh, we found another piece of your sofa but not the 24 missing boxes and need a another $3.500 cashiers check before we deliver JUST the sofa portion." They cannot find ANY of your cables, furniture feet, screws, cords, electronics, lamps, shelving, etc. leaving you with a vandalized house. They state "we packed it and delivered pieces and parts but you have to file an insurance claim as they rendered 99% of the home useless. Truly unscrupulous. Even the General Manager had no answers. Now they want more money saying "even though we didn't bring back your stuff, you still owe us." I'm glad they didn't pack my car... I'd have a returned chassis, no seats and one tire and no engine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The subcontractors they worked with were great (the packers and movers were awesome on both ends). The move coordinators and sales people were horrible once we signed the contract. Misled us on the move days - we thought we were booking a one day move, confirmed it with them multiple times, only to find out the day of the move that the people loading weren’t coming tomorrow. If the team had simply acknowledged the mistake and made any effort to rectify or compensate us, it would have gone a long way. Instead, they decided to blame us for not reading the fine print in the contract. An absolutely awful way to treat customers doing a cross country move.Again - the packers and movers (all sub-contractors) were great. The packers did more for us trying to get the driver to come a day early than the team at Coleman did.If I could give negative stars this is only time I ever would.

5 ⭐️ experience from first contact with Melissa, my interactions w Allison, Samantha and my actual movers Ron and Drew. Top flight and as a person who has moved inter- state on six occasions— my best experience to date! Prompt, timely, attentive and very careful step by step. Highly recommend!

These guys have been the reason for so many headaches. My family moved back to the US not to long ago and during the receiving process when moving into the new house, the team movers were successful in being animals and destroyed our furniture and floors! I don’t appreciate this level of disrespect to our belongings and strongly urge anyone who is considering this company to reevaluate their choice in movers. I am not happy at all!

The entire crew was very professional I was a little weary at first because of the reviews I’ve seen but over all presently surprised by the professionalism and hard work ethic this crew had from reassuring themselves so nothing got packed that I needed to great conversation and caring about what they’re moving like it’s their own only issue I had was it wasn’t mentioned to me my second day wasn’t needed so I had to call and confirm but other then that great experience

My family has been absolutely crushed by our experience with this company. Military orders from NC to Japan. Our belongings should have been here a week ago. We are now being told our entire shipment is lost. They have no way to track it and no record of it leaving the warehouse. For all we know it never made it from the truck to their warehouse in the first place. Irreplaceable, sentimental items in this shipment that we are just being told to file a claim. Getting zero help actually tracking down our shipment. Sitting in another country with NONE of our belongings and beyond devastated. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I’ve never in my life left a review for a company, but I feel obligated to warn people how poorly this company has treated our military family.

If I could give zero stars I would. My house hold goods shipment was supposed to be delivered June 27 and it wasn't. When I called they said it would have to be delivered on August 1st. So I waited until August and I called the company to see where my shipment was at and they said they had misplaced my shipment and they are trying to find it. How do you miss placed someone stuff that has been there for two months sitting in a warehouse. do not trust this company they are extremely unprofessional. The keep transferring to the wrong people to avoid talking they never answer the phone and always put the blame on someone one else if you have them for a military move call your DMO and get a new company. Now I have to wait again and they won't even answer their phone to give me an update keep telling me that they will call in a bit so I wait and wait but nothing.

Missy's upbeat personality is infectious ! I just love her 'get it done' attitude. She works hard to provide quality service to her customers. 10/10 would reccommend Coleman American moving any day !

This company was the worst ever after 13+ years of military service resulting in several moves. On top of everything they lost and damaged, the movers dropped a dryer on the side of the house leaving damages to the hardie board siding and the dryer. Check your inventory before they leave your house of origin. Every item, despite age and condition, the movers marked scratched, even items that were brand new with tags still on them. Unprofessional employees cussed out my new neighbors during the unpacking. Please ask DMO or your base’s relocation office to pick ANOTHER company. It will be worth the wait. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences during my career.

Richard the driver and De were both in N Carolina and in an Virginia and what a pleasure to work with. The rest of the crew was also good. I would recommend them to anyone. Just did a great job and we’re always pleasant and smiling. Can’t say enough about their demeanor. ???

They lost my piano somehow. How do you lose a whole piano? Natasha has probably been lying to me and the transport company about checking the warehouse because her answers to all of us are different.

Two of the three men that unpacked our goods were very nice. The third however unpacking the crates would throw and I mean throw our stuff off the truck and hope one of the other guys caught it. I understand mistakes happen like our coffee table falling off the ramp and breaking because he thought he could lift it by himself, but there was no regards to it, just opps broke your table. He had an attitude the whole time, talking about how heavy the pack out crew made some of the boxes. We have an armoire that was packed full of some breakables and they left it upside down in the house after flipping it down the ramp, and when asked the flip it over they said no. It was just not a good experience. If your military, ask DMO NOT to schedule you Coleman.
