Who charges a $4 fee for “customer service?!” That was the most EGREGIOUS surprise ever. No wonder there are so many problems… you have to pay for their assistance. And don’t get me started on the call center… it’s unbelievably terrible. They cancelled my number and removed my service without unlocking my phone (I met the criteria). I wonder if was because I told them I was going with a different carrier. Hmm… Then trying to get my phone unlocked at that point was like trying to land a man on the moon. I called so many times, getting a different person each time, with no one resolving the issue. Every single person I spoke with (about 4 people over the course of a weekend) was very difficult to understand and seemed to read everything from a script. Ended up buying a new phone and using another carrier. Will NEVER go back and am unlikely to refer them to anyone.

Don't go to this one they will not help with anything refund related. I was told I should just sell my phone on facebook marketplace.I went to the other one in town and got a refund instantly. Don't know if it was laziness or they get compensation for phones or something but I see no reason for that kind of service.

Very nice employees, Very helpful and knowledgeable about their job. REALLY great deals on plans!! Plenty of equipment, gear and phones. The store is very clean and spacious. Nice layout of store. Phones on display, with prices on them. Bathrooms inside. Plenty of seating. You can also pay your bills here. Handicap parking available as well.Dec, 2021Noel was awesome! He helped me the second I walked into the store. He was patient, kind, caring, professional and very knowledgeable about his jobHe explained everything very clearly and concise to me.
