My experience was with the pharmacy. I showed up at 1 pm and was told to wait 20 minutes for my script. I waited the time went to the counter where the ladies in the pharmacy proceeded to lower the gate and explained to me it was their lunch time. I explained i was told to come to the counter at that time (mind you I was in front of the counter the whole time with my 8 yr old daughter.) The girls in the pharmacy just said they were at lunch and basically dismissed me. They were unprofessional, lack common decency, process poor customer service and above all else are rude bitxhes plain and simple. After their lunch break it took less than a minute ( I actually timed it) to complete my transaction and I showed the young immature girl that. Never going to this store again for anything.

Pharmacy is poorly run, not up to CVS standards. Digital communication/filling of prescriptions is slow/not consistently done and text messaging when prescription is ready is not executed at this location. Drive through is regularly closed (not family friendly). Pharmacy employees do not appear to be properly trained/up to standard. Manager/Owner should audit/review staff performances SOP as my family won’t use this location again. And according to other reviews, neither will an increasing amount of the public. Not mad, just will take my business elsewhere.

Just waited 30 minutes at the drive thru window. Nbd, it happens sometimes, but it was because the pharmacy felt the need to close their window without posting any signs saying so. 3 cars in front of me waited for a long time because they thought the pharmacist was just busy but on their way. 30 minutes of this pass before I finally get to the window and see that there’s nobody there. I could see a blonde pharmacist inside but I guess she just decided she wasn’t doing drive thru tonight. I didn’t want this to happen to everyone else behind me as well so I had to get out of my car to notify two other cars of what was happening.I contacted customer support who after 3 attempts finally got through to THEIR OWN PHARMACY. They claimed there was a sign on the window. I don’t see how that’s possible because three cars sat there for quite a while before giving up. Also, believe it or not I know how to use my eyeballs and look for a sign on AND around the window before I lodge a complaint about it.tl;dr - dont use CVS. They’re understaffed because they cut employees and don’t pay enough.

This store has very poor customer service. I will never shop here or at any other CVS based on my experience with their pharmacy staff. Their lack of care is no way to treat a paying customer.

Went in to pick up prescription up. Went to one window. The young lady with an accent barely discernible. Advise me to go to the pick up window. Then I had a heavyweight lady who was unhelpful and belligerent. Long story short wound contacting the medical department. And had them resend the medication. In which they stated they had had it all along. I guess I needed to say the magic word?

Unprofessional staff that don’t seem like they’ve been trained properly , let alone hold a degree in medicine. They seemed to think it was funny my insurance only gave a few dollars off & they spoke extremely casually & non professionally. Didn’t explain the medications & seemed to be having a laughing party inside. Unhelpful and I’ll easily go elsewhere instead.

A few of us waited over 35 minutes for our prescriptions. The woman didn’t call anyones name out we all just waited until we got fed up and asked if our prescriptions were ready. She looked our names up and everyone’s prescriptions were just sitting in a basket the entire time.

Worst pharmacy in the city. Workers are so unprofessional and rude. They never answer the phone and I always have problems getting refills

Horrible service, if calling to speak with the pharmacy prepare to be on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. Will never do business with this location again

I Waited over 2 hours because they were busy, which I understood, what aggravates me is they waited until I was paying for some of my medication to inform me that one of them required a prior authorization. Why they couldn’t let me know when they found out instead of waiting is beyond me. I could have tried to figure something out, but nope had to wait and leave without some of my medication because of their lack of communication.

The store set up was perfect and not only that, they also give perfect discount through the CVS app. You can download it, it’s a great way to save.

As many other people have said, the workers in the pharmacy are always rude. I have heard them making fun of customers many times as well. Every time I go to pick up something, there’s some sort of error or problem so then I have to wait 30+ minutes.

Pharmacy staff is awful! Just trying to pick up medication for my daughter who is sick. Took over 40 minutes and then tried to tell me they were closing so if it isn’t ready they wouldn’t be able to fill it.It’s not MY fault your staff couldn’t put a label on a bottle of antibiotics in over a 40 minute time frame. Couldn’t “find her information” when I finished at the ER at 330 and they sent it before we had left.

The women working in this pharmacy are so rude!! I sat inside waiting for my prescription to be ready and they are all making fun of people going through the drive through. They were joking and copied the automated voicemail system and then said, “please hang up and don’t call back”. They say they are so far behind which may be true but they are all in there gossiping and talking about everyone, when they could be ya know doing their job. If you are that short staffed hire more people. The people who come there are sick or in pain and need medicine. I know customers can be difficult , but as a professional employee, they should not be acting this way. HR definitely needs to do some work here.

Only reason for 3 stars when calling to talk to pharmacist o heck no the robot messenger thing comes on keeps asking about do I wish for covid something I say no it doesn't understand my response and hangs up
