I am extremely disappointed. I was recently at the Dollar General on Piney Green where a Hispanic family was experiencing difficulties with coupons. After they left, the cashier mentioned to another customer that they frequent the store and occasionally encounter challenges due to language barriers. Another cashier then interjected, stating that if individuals cannot learn English, they should return to their country and to top it off, the customers agreed.
THIS is what is wrong with this country.

The past 2 times I have been here they have stuff in the clearence stuff several things so it wasn't where someone left one there. If you are going to do Clearance sales make sure it is the items that are on Clearance check it when you put it out front in the mornings and the afternoon.

Customer service was poor, I went to buy towels and the security alarm goes off once my items were paid for. It seemed as if the staff had it rigged up for the alarm to go off. I stepped back to the cashier so that she could check my receipt and bag and oddly she says the alarms just goes off randomly sometimes. Weird when you’re being framed for something that you didn’t do.

Better prices on some items and even new items never seen at a grocery store it was interesting to see lots of groceries and even produce in dollar general.

Dollar general is great staff is very friendly and helpful there is a good selection of items a very good prices could be a little cheaper on some things but that's the world we live now

Now sure what has happened but this store has been recently going downhill. Messy, products missing items. I was going to buy a pack of scrunchies and noticed that there was on missing. Stuff just thrown in bins, not as many check out associates. When I was looking at cosmetics there was what I am assuming a manager talking on the phone to someone higher up about a “bogus safety concern” sounded like about an employee too. That’s completely unprofessional. So sad to see this store go downhill, just 4-5months ago it was a nice store.

Very unfortunate that new management isn't big on community. I've been going out of my way to go to this dollar general for 3 years to get Smokin Joe's BBQ Truck. Almost every single time I pick up food from the food truck I come in and buy a few things. New management kicked them out after they've consistently been there & been apart of this community for over 3 years and brought them business. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSSINESS

This place used to allow Smokin Joe's to operate in their parking lot. Without notice, management decided to end their agreement with them. I used to love going into the store and grabbing items while I wait for my lunch from Smokin Joe's....but not anymore. BRING THEM BACK PLEASE ASAP!Food lion is down the street next to a few other places to grab lunch. I guess I will take my business over there instead. I hope this gets resolved asap as Smokin Joe's offers the best food around. Such a shame....
