My wife and came to the store at 830 pm tonight looking for umbrella anchors.
There was a female employee standing by the checkout texting on her phone. I walked up, said excuse me at least 3 times. I’m standing directly in front of her. Waved my arm up and down twice. No response. She just continued smiling at her phone texting away
I walked away couldn’t find what I was looking for
I went back she was off her phone so I asked for the product I wanted she said they were out
We went to register and mad a different purchase. As we were leaving. We paused in front of her and told her my experience with her.
She actually said “you could have yelled at me”. REALLY!!
I said fortunately for you I’m not your manager
To which she says “I’m sorry you didn’t have a good experience with us tonight “. With a smile on her face. Again REALLY??
Where do you get these people??

This place is an amazing, as long as the older mean lady manager isn’t there, the rest of the staff is fun, nice, caring and will help you with no problem. One of the guys there makes going to that store a blast for my husband and I. The only real complaint is that I can’t stand the name anymore it’s no longer 5 below

Was so over crowded with merchandise and display racks you could barely get around. It was like shopping in a maze. Everything I looked at was way over $5.00.

Customer service is always great here. However this is a comment for 5 and below corporate. If your going to have your employees scan everyone out and not let them check themselves out at all bc some of us use more then one card then you need to put registers back in your stores.

Great experience! Greeted soon as I came through the door by what I believe was every employee in the store. It was like a cascading fountain of Welcomes. Store was clean and well put together. I was looking for something specific and when I didn’t see it, I guess I had a defeated look on my face and a very friendly man walked up and ask if he could help me with anything. I told him what I was after (not a very good vague description at that) and he guided me to a couple different areas of the store where I might find what I was looking for. When we didn’t find it, he went out of his way to go look in the back. He returned quite quickly holding not only what I was looking for but brought out three different colors. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of my experience. He was a tattooed, bearded gentleman named John. I hope Five Below knows they have a keeper! Thank you again John.

They closed way too early it's ridiculous I mean 8 o'clock people have just gotten off in most cases.

Store was crowded but well stocked. The employee at self checkout was friendly. She directed me to an open register and said if I needed any assistance to let her know, as she was helping another customer. In & out fast, found what I needed quickly and easily. A+
