It was 10 minutes to close and we walked in and no one said nothing about close and then not even like 5 steps in there was a man worker who looked right at us and didn’t say nothing just closed the door and took the other coworkers to say something I think it was rude because we had to walk the whole outside mall back to the car like we couldn’t have just walked out the gate and stop it for us half way but nope I would give 0 stars if I could

Forever 21 hours have changed due to Jacksonville Mall hours changing! The hours are not updated on Google even though hours have been submitted since the 1st week of the new changes (Jan) Google is saying it has been confirmed by business but it has not.
Hours are as follows-
Sunday: 12pm- 6pm
Monday: 11am-8pm
Tuesday: 11am-8pm
Wednesday: 11a-8pm
Thursday: 11a-8pm
Friday: 11am-8pm
Saturday: 11am-8pm

I went in , was not greeted by anyone, not even asked if I needed help. Thing is, I came in I can understand no one being up front to not getting greeted because the employees can’t see. But further I went , I saw employees they didn’t speak but there was like 2 white people ( customers) coming my way , she spoke to them and even the white person who was not that far behind me… I thought to myself okay. The further I got back to the back of the store again another employee did not acknowledge or help, but spoke to the white person behind me… I just turn around a walked out. Like them employees yall got need to be retrained or trained . I will never Step foot not even a toe nail back in that place.

One of the greatest shopping experiences I’ve had in a while! Annette was awesome. Selena was great, and smells so good and the two at the front at the register were just amazing. The manger from the back even came and assisted. Nothing like some good customer service and a great shopping experience…Forever 21 in Jacksonville North Carolina thanks for the experience

I am so SICK of websites being inaccurate!!! If your website reads closing at 9pm then FREAKING close at 9pm rather than 8:00 FOREVER 21. It’s not a holiday. Get it together.

Not even a minute of being inside the store I did read it by Anne with a big smile and warm hospitality. She had such a restorative and encouraging attitude and presence. The store was clean visually and atmospherically. Kudos to Anne and the staff that was there with her. Please honor them with the highest reward possible.
