The sales person Mr. Ed was very nice however the purchased furniture was not in stock. We were told that it would be no more than 6-8 weeks. The 8 weeks came and went and after calling several times we were told the next shipment would be in several more weeks and they could not guarantee it would even arrive in that shipment. We now need to start over elsewhere as we followed their promise and the old couch was taken on the bulk trash day.

I will NEVER step foot inside another one. Wife and I spent $5k in this place and let me tell you how they did us. First of all the salesman that sold us everything, at the end of the sale he said " I'm sure glad you all came in today." Well I see why now. You rip people off with cheap furniture. The glider chair they sold us failed twice 3 months after we bought everything. The first time it happened they said they will have to drive all the way out to where I live to pick it up in Newport and repair it. I said OK. Came out picked it up and brought it back 2 weeks later. I was without chair didn't offer a loaner. After they brought the chair back it did the exact same thing in the exact same spot 7 days later. I called them back and said I didn't want the chair in my house it does not work properly. They said they would only give me HALF of what the chair is worth. I said can't I just get it replaced with something else and get full credit? They said no. I couldn't believe I spent $5k in this place to get shafted like that. After all this took place and they were coming out to pick it up, they all treated me rude in the store when I would call in to check on the status of their delivery coming out to get it. Even the appliance manager hung up on me.Also when I tried calling the store manager he refused to even get on the phone with me. As a first time customer I highly recommend you go somewhere else with your business. All they care about is your money just like the salesman said, " I'm sure glad you all came in today." Their furniture is just like their name says, FAIR. It's right in the name ladies and gents. Don't spend your money here!!!!

(Bell Fork Store)I purchased from here several times before… great experience, UNTIL TODAY!Saleswoman hunted us down as soonest we walked in. Cool!My husband and I told her what we wanted to purchase… and completed the application.This saleswoman was ALLL OVER THE PLACE!!LONG STORY, SHORT… we waited for A VERY LONG TIME at a table. While next to us was another couple that didn’t look too happy, waiting on her as well.She was still “too busy” with other customers that walked in AFTER US, while we patiently waited for her.She acted very hungry for customers, andNEVER MADE IT BACK TO US!!!My husband went to counter with application and they refused to process it because this saleswoman needed to be present.I Asked a gentlemen if someone else could help us, and he looked around and said he wasn’t sure and walked away.But No one bothered to grab another salesperson to assist!!! And we still looking for that perfect bed before surgery date.We ended up exiting the building and leaving!!! Bypassing the saleswoman and she didn’t even acknowledge us.((((TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE))))Will NEVER return to them again!

Mr Ed is the best sales man I’ve ever worked with. I’d like to find him a new job. We bought a sectional sofa and matching standard sofa with the extended warranty! I placed a repair order 2/23. They picked the sectional in 4/23 and returned it 2 days later only to say they had ordered the wrong replacement pillows. It’s now nearly 6/23 and no return call. They didn’t clean the sectional as promised and did not repair the frame. You certainly get what you pay for. Very disappointed. Poor cheap quality!!!

Brought a reclining sofa and called to replace it within 2 weeks of purchasing. They said no returns after 3 days. Today is the 3td attempt at fixing this $1500 Catnapper sofa. I purchesed maintenence plan, which I was misled to think it was unaffiliated with Furniture Fair. So, guess who comes out to service it for the 3rd time...a Furniture Fair employee. I will never again purchase . Save your ?

When you go to a furniture store you have to accept the used car vulture mentality and experience, the employees work on commission. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my last two trips. The customer rep introduced herself but didn't hover around me she knew what to ask, made some suggestions, and knew when to disappear do I could make my selections. I drive past this place and always forget that's its here. They have a huge assortment of items not just standard furniture but appliances and electronics. Please don't sell yourself short and overlook their clearance areas in the far back. I bought a real leather sofa , two coffee tables, two two end stands and a 75 inch television for just under 2700.00. I will say their delivery fee of 200.00 is a bit ridiculous but you can always rent a truck at home depot for 30.00 and move it yourself. I will be going back for an all black finger print resistance fridge and ceramic range. If your not willing to drive out of town looking for furniture put this place in your line up.

If I could give this place a -5 star review I WOULD !!!! Got a fridge here with warranty through them and the fridge company!!! The fridge has broken down 3 times !!! In the period of 3 months !!! They “send” someone to fix it and never gets fixed - my food has gone bad all 3 times !! I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated and they won’t do nothing about it !! But yet they expect the payment on time !!! Save yourself the headache and don’t I repeat DONT get an appliance there !!!!!

What a great experience shopping for a mattress. They had a large selection of top quality mattresses to choose from. Reggie Whaley made the whole process easy and with no pressure, as I was given all the time I needed to lay around, literally. Thank you Reggie for your help. I love my mattress.

Furniture Fair helped me even though they didn’t have too. Mr. Milligan helped me look for an older piece of furniture that Furniture Fair no longer stocks and once he found out, he and his associates went out of their way to help me find someone at another store who may be able to order the item I am looking for. Excellent customer service and it didn’t even benefit them financially.

Ordered a new bedroom set from Furniture Fair and John Milligan was our sales person. Very professional and a pleasure to work with through the whole process. The delivery came early and they set it all up for us. Top of the line service. Best experience we have ever had with a furniture store!!!

Purchased two recliners on 9/3/2022. Very pleased with the chairs.11/26/2022 one recliner has broken reclining mechanism. Customer service so slow, will be lucky to get chair repaired/replaced before Christmas.
