Bar is great! The food is Indian- inspired. Quite good, actually. The service is most remarkable, genuinely warm, kind and accommodating. The bartender, Ajay, made a super spicy margarita that was amazing.

Tucked back in off Western Blvd but nice, clean hotel. Dogs allowed for additional fees. Totally missed the breakfast in the lobby but costs $12.95 so you know. (isn't free) Lobby is big and very pretty. Fire ? pit outside that's on 24/7. Rooms are spacious, clean with big bathroom, big shower and well lit vanity if that's your thing!!? I checked in late, 1130 PM so I didn't see much traffic or rush! Ask FOR an "early" check in if you need it and they'll try TO accommodate!!? (according to the staff I spoke with earlier in the day) Two decent sized dog ? potty station's out back behind hotel! A j*** dumped busted pallets right on one of them and I informed front desk -as there were long nails sticking straight UP outta them and I was afraid someone's dog might get injured. Staff at front desk said she was personally going out there to address it!! Dookie bags are provided along with the can to dispose of them!! Zero complaints, highly recommend. Pricier than other surrounding hotels but you get what you pay for. $240/night for me with 2 dogs!!??Food & drinks: Tiny "store" with snacks, drinks and even Hagan Daz ice cream pints for purchase next to front desk!! Available 24/7!?

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast. It cost $12 for all you can eat buffet which had fewer items than most places provide for free. I'd recommend staying there but eat at one of the other local places.

Stayed at the hotel and switched to a different room due to bed bugs. Left a message for the manger (Stephaine) who never returned my call. Contact customer care who claimed they would reimburse me for my stay. Didn’t care about the reimbursement but since they offered cool. Contact customer service again they said my claim was denied due to no evidence of bed bugs. I sent them picture of me and the bed bugs inside the room. I’ve been a diamond member for several years apparently that doesn’t mean anything either. Needless to say I will never stay at a Hilton Honors hotel again. Just plain terrible!!!!

We came to Jacksonville for my granddaughters 1-year birthday party. The weather was bad (tropical storm). After driving 12 hours, the last thing we needed was a terrible experience at the hotel. I must say, the customer service was extraordinary! The rooms were nice and clean. Everything worked properly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I traveled here 2 days this week for a training class for my job. This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. For lunch the kitchen staff catered for us, Carmen was such a pleasure to be served by & the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this for business stays or whatever occasion.Walkability: In walking distance to a lot of food & shopping.Food & drinks: Food was delicious.

The service was amazing. The only downside was a very nice room that smelled awful like BO and the pool appeared very cloudy. The property is beautiful. The chef at night was wonderful. Staff were so helpful. Could really improve this establishment with a bit of elbow grease on the details

If you are an airline crew member, the breakfast is free if you show your airline badge. Now that that's out the way, my stay was great. No complaints. The hotel looked new. Front fresh stated they been there for 5 years. Clean and relaxing room. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good as well. I'll most definitely stay again.

We came in super late (12am) as we had just had our wedding in Atlantic Beach. When we came in, our receptionist ( a gentleman /retired marine) was extremely helpful and gave us the best experience during our check in. Then an older lady who was cleaning the elevator was very outgoing and friendly! This is one of our best hotel experiences!

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and hosted a class reunion event at the hotel. King room itself was pretty spacious. Our event itself turned out great. A huge shout out to Carmen, Shawn, Jill, and Monique for their assistance helping us manage through a few challenges discovered the day of the event to ensure we were satisfied and that everything was a success. Overall I would stay here again and considering hosting another event at the space.

I was visiting my son from New York City, who has decided to become a marine, was surprised how professional and pleasant everyone was. Jacksonville itself isn't the greatest, but Wilmington and Emerald Isle are quite lovely. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.Rooms: *everyone was very friendly to this nervous marine mom -As well as dog friendly, which is critical.

The worst hotel in Jacksonville, Staff is inexperience. GM is never there. Cook at Breakfast tall black guy always reeks of weed. They need to gut this place and rebuild it with a different management company that actually

Staying for 6 weeks at this location. 1st week the room was small. But decently quiet. Week 2 my room was on 5th floor, still a smaller room and the hotel was empty, BUT no hot water. Advised front desk but nothing changed. It was luke warm at best. Week 3 room was still their standard room, which at this point just seems small to me. Oh and no hot water again. This time I spoke to a maintenance tech and by that evening there was hotter water. Week 4 same basic room. Water was hot in this room. 3rd floor. Week 5 they put me in a handicap accessible room. The room was larger which was nice, but had one of those weird hospital type bathrooms. Week 6 TBD. Overall the staff is friendly. The hotel just seems outdated in the rooms. They definitely have their fair share of visitors.Rooms: SmallerFood & drinks: No complementary breakfast.
