Melissa Haynes is the worst tax person ever. She noticed one of my papers had and address outside of the U.S. she noticed it but didn’t say anything until after I had to come outta pocket and pay almost $400 just to file my taxes. and I still gotta go out my way to send them myself. Melissa’s only excuse was I was gonna say Something but didn’t. Yeah cause you wanted the $400 dollars for yourself GREEDY!!!!!. She did absolutely nothing to help me I wasted 2hours of my life that I’ll never get back. On top of all that she told me “I’m gonna get it back relax”.. and she kept messing up having to rescan my papers cause she couldn’t get it right ????

Jackson Hewitt Associate at Richlands Walmart (I think her name is Marylyn? Starts with an M) made a typo on our tax return which screwed us out of our $100 Walmart gift card incentive. I called and spoke to a supervisor/manager Pamela from the Jacksonville NC office. She said she was working on trying to resolve this issue with the operations manager. It has been over a month. So I find it a lie that she was even trying to resolve this. No response from Pamela or any other associate. Terrible customer service. Sounded like she didn’t care on the phone either. Didn’t even call me back for an update or anything.

Dawn at the Jackson Hewitt In Walmart on Yopp was absolutely amazing. She has a kind heart, and an amazing welcoming personality. She was very kind to my toddler whom I had brought with me to her location, and very professional. She made sure to be the best she could be at her job, and was very accommodating! If you file with Jackson this year i HIGHLY suggest going to go see her!
