Horrible service. Walked in today and all the employees behind the counter offered no help. Left and came back to see if I could get help and again was ignored why they talked about their day to day life stuff. Horrible staff all need fired or reprimanded. 11:58 am on 11/15/2023

I normally don’t like doing returns, but I splurged on this particular shoes. After purchasing the shoes, I realized that it might be better to go a size up, to accommodate thicker socks. I went in and tried on one shoe, just to make sure that the fit was good. However, I did not inspect the other shoe. When I got home, I realized that there was some imperfection in the shoes. I took the shoes back 2/11/23, trying to switch it out, and I had the worst experience. My concerns were immediately down played by Josh and the young lady working that day. I was told in a real dry annoyed tone, that that’s how the shoes was made. That it’s because it’s leather. That the paper used to fill the shoes caused the leather to stretch. That the particular brand eventually get like that. They also told me that they did not see or felt what I was talking about. At this point I started to get frustrated with the foolish explanation. I politely asked if it would be possible to get another shoes, so I can compare the difference. Josh went to the back briefly, and told me that they did not have that size in stock, and did not know when it would be in. I was going to return the shoes, because I had a gut feeling that he was not being honest. I told him that I would just keep checking in every day, because I have all day. He responded with, keep checking, because I will be here all day to. I contacted the store the next day to see if they had that size in stock, and was told that they had plenty, being that it’s not a size that a lot of people wear. It was the weekend, and I know for a fact, that they did not get a shipment, since I spoke to Josh the day before, and was told that he did not know when a shipment would be in. Shame on you Josh. You were the one who originally sold me the shoes, and you were as nice as could be in order to get that sale. You are a liar, and so is the devil. I pray that you stop that shady business practice, and learn to tell the truth. The truth will set you free, and open up more blessings for you. On a better note kudos to the manager who made my return and refund process smooth (definitely was not going to keep the shoes after that). Also thank you to the young lady (I didn’t get her name, but she is black and average height), she exhibited such good customer service, my two encounters with her.

Order a pair of shoes and was given a wrong pair of shoes. Then was told they would over night ship them for the mess up and 4 days later still waiting on my shoes and when I called I am being told it be another two days until they get here.

All employees were so nice and friendly, especially to my 3 year old, while getting him new crocks. I didn’t catch her name but employee #667600 was amazing. I know kids aren’t always easy when shopping but she gave him stickers, sized him, then helped him put them in when he wanted to wear them out. She entertained him in conversation. The whole experience was amazing and I truly hope she gets paid well!!!

Second time buying here. First time I thought the negative attitude I was getting from the dike wearing a hat was due to holiday pressure. I was completely wrong came in this passed weekend and the other lady was much more polite and helpful. As she became busy the same lady with the hat helped us but no change in attitude. Asked me for a size and gave her the size while she gave me a nasty look. Now I am not stupid lady but when you came back with those 3 boxes I noticed that the ones I requested where the first ones you layer your eyes on but still decided to go with the other customers. Now I don’t know if it’s because of the color of my skin because the other customers where white or if it’s because I’m a male and the other customers where females. Thank you to her coworker who was being verbally talked down to in a low voice, I appreciate you for apologizing to my wife and I for the unpredictability of your coworker.Message to you dike, now I don’t know your name so that’s the proper name to call you for being rude and a complete unprofessional. If you don’t like your job leave that place and start perusing your dreams. No need for you to be rude to people. Reading the comments I’m sure I’m not the only person who’s gotten bad customer service from you.

I’m not really sure how anyone can write a bad review of this placeI bought some docs a while back and since then i’ve been in just to shop around and the employees are always really helpful. Hails (not sure if I’m spelling that right) and Bree are always the best. Love this store

I come into the mall multiple times a week. I use the same entrance everytime I come in just so I can stop in Journeys and hang out with the staff. They are entertaining as hell and it keeps me coming back to buy shoes from them. Won’t buy from any other place in the mall ??♂️ Experiences matter ?

I never leave reviews but I was so happy with the costumer service that I decided to leave one. I went on the first of this month and the girls where very helpful and extremely nice. I wish I could’ve gotten their names so they could get credit for their hard work. Overall great experience!

If you’ve ever stepped foot into this store the employees have 100% talked badly about you or made fun of you. There is so much drama between employees that you’d think the store was run by a clique of middle schoolers. The company does not value their employees nor their customers and places sales quotas above everything else. Teamwork is nonexistent here and everybody is left to fend for themselves. Their version of firing you is removing you from the schedule for weeks, lying about the fact that it’s due to a “slower season” when questioned about it, and then removing you from the work group chat. Management is a joke and needs serious change. It is a horrible place to work with a hostile, negative, and greedy environment.
