Great environment! I was greeted politely with eye contact when I walked in and helped when I couldn't find what I was looking for. They have very nice mens suits. There is a 4 star instead of 5 due to 2 employees glaring at me the whole time I shopped. It made me feel unwelcome.

This is the only Kohls that is closest to me in the area that has a Sephora. I went in this morning to purchase a lip gloss that the website said was in stock. I drove all the way to this store just for their only associate at the help desk to tell me that if it was not on the shelf it was not in stock. I asked her if she can check the drawer for me because I made the effort to come down all the way to this store. She denied to check the drawer and proceeded to check on the system if it was actually in stock. She said there were two products left in stock and again I asked her if she can please check the drawer. Once again she said no with no other solution. I don't understand the issue in her walking over or having someone check the drawer for me. She made it seem like it was such an inconvenience. No customer service in this lady whatsoever.

While I usually don't shop at Kohl's. Because a lot of the product is very not my style. I will say every once in a Blue Moon. They do get something that is really nice. And the jewelry is always on a good price range.

On a search for Bali Skip Scamps in the size onced offered I went to Kohls. Being made outside America their manufacture is not appreciating the American female's silhouette vs Asian. The Sale Representative JESSICA assured me if not satisfied they may be returned. She also signed me up for a Kohls' Card since a store will be opening soon in our home town New Bern NC. and discounts were immediately available with this purchase.

I buy most of my clothes from Kohls. However I just needed to return an online order and they gave me much less than I paid. The way Kohls cash is divided upon return vs applied when purchased needs a decoder.

They don't carry baby car seats or strollers in the Jacksonville, NC store. Don't waste your time going in. It is a big ticket item, would be nice if they had floor models available to view and then order on line.

Sparsely filled shelves, low usable inventory and minimal employee assistance. Check-out is painful! Cashiers seek info that they have no right to; identity even when paying cash, email, phone #, address, etc. SAD!!!

The store had a cluttered feel about it. A little bit of alot of different things, and made no sense of how it was laid out. Didn't even carry the jewelry they advertised as having, not even a space for it. Don't think I'll be back.
