Bought a graco airless spray painter that I thought was new. I finally opened to use it and not only is water already in the hose from someone using it. The hose will not screw fitted to it without water spraying into it. And because I didn’t use it within 48 hrs I can’t return it. I bought it for a later project so I could get a discount with my business account spending 1500$ plus and I get this crap used machine with it that I can’t do anything with.

Subject: Issue with Refrigerator Pick-Up Due to System Error
Dear Lowe's Customer Service,
I need help understanding how a simple in-stock refrigerator purchase has turned into such a frustrating experience. On January 12, 2025, I purchased an in-stock refrigerator at the Lowe's store on Western Blvd in Jacksonville, NC, with the clear intention of picking it up the following day, January 13, 2025. I communicated this plan to Steven, a very helpful and polite gentleman in the appliance section, and we were in agreement that the pick-up would take place on the 13th.
However, when I arrived at the store on January 13 to pick up my merchandise, I was informed that there was an issue due to a system error. I was told that my purchase was processed through the new Redvest system, which incorrectly ordered the refrigerator from the warehouse instead of confirming the in-stock unit at the store. As a result, I’m now told I can not pick up the refrigerator until January 20.
To resolve this, I’m being asked to cancel my order, receive a refund (which will take 7 to 10 business days), and then repurchase the refrigerator. This means I will have two refrigerators’ worth of funds tied up for up to 10 days. I was also informed that this is a recurring issue due to the transition to the new Redvest system.
This situation is incredibly disappointing. The refrigerator is in stock, the purchase and transfer of funds have happened, and I should be able to pick up my purchase as planned. It’s extremely frustrating to see a system error cause such an inconvenience, and it’s unacceptable that I, the customer, should bear the consequences of Lowe’s internal issues.
I request that you resolve this issue promptly and allow me to pick up my refrigerator ASAP and not have to wait until Jan 20th as it was originally intended. This situation has left me dissatisfied, and I urge you to make this right.

Not one person said good morning or better yet asked if I needed help. I was about to purchase a dryer but instead went to the Lowe's on Yopp Rd, where I received the help and got a good morning.

Ordered range said pick up then said pick up 12-2 then I guess it is at another store very poor customer service at this store. The manager is never available.

I spend a great deal of money at this location. I went to buy a item that was on clearance because it was exactly what I needed for a project I'm working on. The employee even pulled down extra for me to purchase and offered for me to buy the entire lot out. When I got to the register the employee thought it was grand to speak to me like I was stupid and told me she wouldn't sell it to me because it was against policy for them to sell clearance items that cheap. This place is so upside down
