I recently shopped at this Lowe’s Foods and had a disappointing experience. The staff bagged my groceries for me, but when I got to my car, I realized I’d received someone else’s bag. I was concerned that the other family would be missing their groceries, but when I brought it to the staff’s attention, they seemed to care very little.
As a business owner, I was surprised at how nonchalant the manager was — there was no thank you or real apology for the mix-up. It just felt like there was no accountability for the mistake. Next time, I’ll probably use self-checkout so I can bag my own groceries and be sure nothing gets mixed up.
I may still shop at Lowe’s Foods, but I’ll likely go to a different location. Hopefully, this was just an off day for this store, but better attention to detail and customer care would go a long way.

This is a great store, but when I attempted to return something (the ready to cook meal and leaked the raw chicken juice all over the produce) the customer service employee was very rude

A little expensive compared to some of the others in the area, but the bakery is the best bar none. The tres leches cake is to die for, but make sure you get there early before they sell out. Love the selection of beer and wine as well.

Food prices are pretty high, but they have beer on tap that you can enjoy while you shop, and the store itself is clean, well- maintained, and has a great selection of food. Made for a good experience, but can't see myself shopping here consistently.

High-quality grocer with a huge selection of produce, meats, seafood, and more. This place is a much better choice than Piggly Wiggly, Food Lion, and Walmart.

We are vacationing in Jacksonville and had never been to a Lowe’s foods. We love the place. We stopped by yesterday to get some smoked meats. We talked with Matt. He gave us some ideas and was a pleasure to talk to. He’s a keeper.
When we checked out our cashier was Chris.
Also a keeper, we could have talked all day.
We will be back

It’s always fun to grab a draft beer and shop. The Beer Den is closed :( and they didn’t have any fresh wild salmon. Not worth the trip for the overpriced groceries anymore.
