Currently this bank still owes me over 126 dollars and still has not fixed the issue with my payments being over what they should be. All the staff I've talked to have been nothing but rude to me.

this place is absolutely horrible! We bought a new vehicle and financed through them. We have sent our insurance information to them five times. Today I get a letter they are adding $200 a month for insurance when we clearly already have insurance. Our insurance company has contacted them and I have contacted them. we have an email saying congrats your insurance has been added!!! No one is willing to talk to me at the actual main branch or the insurance department!!! DONT USE THEM!!!

I called them 7 times for a credit card issue even went to a branch to get issue fixed came home and still not fixed the bank personnel higher ups must condone vindictive behavior because if you have to call more than 3 times to straighten your account somebody is fucking with you and I agree try closing your account with them! Oh! Man all hell breaks loose! I hope they go out of business because it ain't about us!

If you are in North Carolina, this is definitely the best Credit Union you should pick. Everyone at this Credit Union is not only pleasant to deal with, but very efficient in dealing with any problem or issue.

My wife and I have been doing business with MFCU for several years now. For the last couple of years we have noticed a big decline in the quality and availability of services... Shared banking branches that do not offer certain services and/or only offer very limited services, frequent website issues with online banking services, card issues created by their "fraud detection department". For people who travel a lot this is not a customer friendly business. When you do have to call customer service you now more often than not get someone who is clueless and can't answer the question you have and can't tell you what is going on or direct you to who you need to speak with. The worst part is that we have also begun to encounter customer service personnel that are borderline of being rude and condescending. Don't know how they expect to keep or get business doing like this.

I've had accounts with MFCU for over 16 years and have always had good service. Their service and attention to detail has always been top notch and their service with a smile is also quite noteworthy. I fully support their effort to support a good organization.

We opened an account here a few years ago and have been thoroughly impressed with their loan officers, their on-line support, and their financial management services thus far! Patty Warlick has been super helpful and stayed an hour after work to help me initiate a new account. Rochelle in on-line member services was incredibly helpful with a transfer issue. Love MFCU and their cash-back checking accounts!

My daughter was buying her 1st car. She called to have her limits raised. She was informed it could take days and not guaranteed. That didn't sound right. My husband called and was told all she needed to do was call and the limits could be raised for the day of purchase. So she called again. She was told that it is a form that takes days and since cards services was not open on Saturdays she would not be able to use her card. I called and spoke to a lady named Heather who told me to have my daughter call in and she would take care of it. Me and my daughter called in. Heather sent the form over called card services to be sure they would escalate it. Perfect. My daughter got the limit raised confirmation for Saturday. The card declined. My husband wrote a check. I called this morning to make sure the 12000 check would not be returned for suspicious check and requested a supervisor. I was informed that it's not possible to speak to a supervisor and she couldn't have me on her line for the length of time it would take to get a supervisor. I get to wait anxiously to see if the check will be ok or if it is returned because we don't write checks like that. Decades of banking with them and will be searching for a new bank

They are adamant about telling you that their courtesy fees are non negotiable but they can’t account for vendors not posting transactions past 24 hours. Instead they add fuel to the fire and put the money back into your account all together and remove the swipe from your transaction history all together. Than when it finally post a WEEK later and you’ve been accounting for everything that YOU can control, you are the only negligible one and SOL when 5 $35 courtesy fees are taken out at once. It even puts a fraudulent date on the transaction. Don’t enroll in this system because it’s a way for them to profit off of your expense. The only thing that keeps this from a 1 star review is the nice old lady receptionist at the branch.

My calling experience is always horrible! I called and needed my mother on the line and RACHAEL was really rude like I didn’t wait over an hour then hang up to call back! Very argumentative and rude! Rachael makes me want to close my accounts

I have had a business account and personal accounts for years. Called today to make an international wire inquiry to pay for products and the representative Pam, had such a superiority attitude and was so rude when telling me that they will never and have never participated with such things. Like wow, its a business account, this should be the norm. I told her that I was surprised and would have to reevaluate my relationship with them and she laughed. The bank was been in a decline with their customer service over the last few years. Pam just sealed the deal with me deciding to move out my accounts.

Marine Federal is a rip off,they charge me for my checking account being opened,and my direct deposit doesn't even go their.Someone use my debit card and went to planet fitness and they acted like they didn't want to investigate,these folks are racist,don't beg any one to take your money,we are the reason they have a job!!!

I've been with this bank since I moved here 3 years ago and I've been to all of the branches and everyone has been nice just recently I tried to pay for Netflix but someone else took money out of my account and it made me have an overdraft fee two of them so I disputed it and I was told that they could not take off anymore of my overdraft fees but they did and got me my money back I really think them so much because I'm on disability and just trying to make it and they have been really helpful to me over the years thank you all so much everyone has been so nice to me in each branch they're even working with me on getting my credit fixed I really appreciate y'all y'all have no idea what this means to me and my family
