  SO GLAD we found this place! Christina is amazing!!! She is so so friendly and so helpful! Weve never bought mattresses before and I thought it was gonna be like buying a car or something LOL. But no, we were there less than 45 minutes total which included picking out a mattress then decided on an additional one unexpectedly since we were saving so much money! She helped us with financing and we were approved! She’s so sweet and personable and was exactly what we needed (which was just someone that could sell us a great mattress with a great price!) we will ONLY be referring our friends to Mattress by Appointment from now on for sure :) our mattresses will be delivered tomorrow and I have no doubt that experience will be quick and easy too!! So thankful we found Christina.P.S. it’s a little hard to find but when you book an appointment you will be sent reminder texts that include exact directions! Which were perfect if we had been paying attention correctly haha. We were a few minutes behind from going up and down the road looking and she even texted me so nicely making sure I didn’t need more help! Again, So friendly and professional :)

  If you’re having a hard time finding the place, it’s OK. You’ll be beyond satisfied with the customer service, product, and installation service you receive. They are very personable, and make you feel really comfortable finding the right mattress that suits you! Great prices for great beds, that are extremely competitive

  We bought our oldest daughter a mattress here. Donna was AMAZING in helping us find the perfect one. she was informative and patient. She did not try to push us to buy more expensive, she truly wanted us to get the one that worked best for our needs. The owners are wonderful people as well. Helped us load the bed and made sure we were pleased with our purchase. We will surely be back for our mattress needs in the future!

  My experience with Mrs. Donna was great!!! She was very informative and patient with me from the very first time I spoke with her, until I decided which mattress I was going to choose. If I could give her 10 stars I most certainly would!!!! If you have any mattress needs this is the place to call!!! Very affordable, and guaranteed to have a great nights sleep. I highly recommend!!!

  Donna was an absolute joy to work with. No pressure, no hovering, and no up selling. The one on one service is top notch. The customer gets all of the undivided attention. No ringing phone, no one else asking 20 questions and you can take your time. After all, you spend more time in bed than anywhere else. Get a high quality mattress without sky high prices. I refused to pay furniture stores their ridiculous prices. Shop local.. Corey and Donna are awesome.

  Donna is great to talk to. Very honest about products and was not pushy for a sale. Provided extra discounts as she saw fit and worked with coworkers to get us the best deal possible. Very patient as we hopped from bed to bed to pick the best one. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a mattress at 50%, or more, off retail price

  Easiest and quickest experience I have ever had buying anything!! Loved chatting with Donna and Mr Best was such a pleasure to work with. He is all about making customers happy. He works super hard, and knowing his wife, I know they are the power couple to support. I cannot wait to do business again with them and support more of their businesses. 5/5 stars!
